if you love and pamper your car do not bring your car to this auto body shop. Here is my story: I brought my 2011 Avalon to them 2 weeks ago because my car got hit. We had good experiences from this place in the past, but this time was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! For starters, when the called us and said my car was finished, we went to pick up my car. Randy the owner showed us the car in a dark room - the room they painted it in I guess. Trying to hide the paint job, until I asked for them to shine a light on the area for repair. We saw paint bleed. Needless to say we left the car with them. Next when they called my husband back and said the car was finished, they had paint spray all over the car and and actually tore off some of the paint when they took the tape off. Randy had the nerve to claim that the spot must have already been there. It was not! Then he had the nerve to ask my husband to pay- I dont think so!! Pay for what- he messed up my car. Then he asked my husband, well dont you want to take the car home. Are you kidding me!!! He wasnt finished!!! 3. 4 days later - Now my husband brings home the car tonight. I am excited, that is until I see they although they fixed the initial problem - they added problems!!! 1. Paint bleed 2. more dents. 3. some kind of film on my windows that I cant remove. 4. extra scratches 5. scratched up my side mirror and something else because now it is loose 6. paint smear. 7. I took my car in with smooth paint, now its grity. 8. they put dents on my car on the other side where no work was to be done. I cried. I just bought that car a month ago and fell in love with it. Because of the incompetent work of the people at this shop, I just fell out of love with my car. Now I have to take it somewhere else and get it fixed right. They dont deserve the money they asked for. I hope people read my full review! FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE FUSSY CAR OWNERS LIKE MYSELF AND LOVE AND PAMPER YOUR CAR - DO NOT - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I am a girl!!

This review is posted prior to picking my truck up. I will post a follow up review after I pick it up: Email sent to Peach Auto Collision on 6-19-17: "Thus far, I am very disappointed with your customer service. Everything began on a high note and has gone downhill from there. After speaking with MAACO and then with Daniel at this location on 6-8-17, I chose you both for the price and statement that I could get the truck before 6-17-17. I left my Ford F-150 there on Thursday 6-8-17 for pickup on Tuesday 6-13-17 to give to my daughter for her birthday on 6-17-17. When I called on Tuesday, I was told it would be ready on Thursday 6-15-17. When I called Thursday, I was told it would be ready on Friday 6-16-17, and that Daniel failed to let the staff know when the truck was promised to me. When I called on Friday I was told that it was painted and I could pick it up but since it wasnt dry the warranty would not be valid . Naturally I did not pick it up on Friday but requested someone to meet with me on Saturday morning to have it for my daughter ON her birthday. No one was willing to meet with me on Saturday. When I asked for some sort of discount based on your failure to accommodate when the truck was promised, I was told I would have to wait to talk to Daniel. I am very disappointed at this point with your customer service and only hope the paint job makes up for it."

We have had 3 cars painted by Peach Auto Painting in Smyrna over the past several years and have been extremely pleased with their very responsive customer service and with the quality of their work on all three. We had my sons VW Beetle painted custom two-tone black and green by Peach and it looked great until he totaled it! The body work and satin black paint job they did on my 40-year-old VW Beetle was immaculate and it has since been placed in two up-coming movies. The original paint on the roof and trunk of my wifes Toyota Corolla began crackling recently and they made it look brand new. They will be doing the body work and paint on my other VW Beetle also when I get all the parts.

On 7/20/15 we brought in the front & rear plastic bumper covers from my wifes Toyota. Upon pickup there were lots of really bad particles and huge runs in the clear coat, in addition to some poor base coat shooting where not enough paint was used. Then Randy, the shop owner, claimed his credit card machine was down and that we would have to pay cash. He claimed he couldnt make change so we wound up paying $5 extra for very poor work.

I had a car to return. Had a little finder binder. These guys saved my job. If u have any work that needs to be done to your car, please please please go see them! ***** across the board. I am going to do something really nice for these guys! They get down to business at Peach Collision South Cobb dr. location.

Replace right mirror to my 2012 Kia Optima. They did a great job. The customer service was beyond excellent. I really felt that they went beyond to accommodate me. I will never use another painting and collision service just as long as I live in Atlanta.
