Took my car here to get an oil change after leaving that same day later that night noticed my car was leaking something. I had an emergency that came up out of town so I parked the car and took my primary car out of town. When I got back I found out it was leaking oil. I brought my car back to this shop because the oil pan screw was crossed threaded and was leaking. When they looked at it the oil pain around the screw was cracked from the cross threading. They refuse to fix it and tried to blame us for it. I have filed reports with Goodyear and with the BBB. Based off the BBB they have an F rating and a number of claims against them that they have not replied to 1 of them being for Damages done to someone care while being serviced there.

I bought my tires here and they are great. I have them rotated and balanced here also. Ive been happy till I had an oil change. The worker dumped oil all over the engine and the drain plug was not sealed. I had to get a new drain plug and ramps to drain the oil to replace the plug. He also took the air filter out and turned it 45* so it wouldnt fit and crammed it back in incorrectly. Not happy with this quality of employees.

Average workmanship, sucky customer service. I was told 45 minutes for a job, they took an hour and 50 minutes - no explanation and just very nonchalant the whole time. The manager and workers (except for one young man), were ALL rude and uncaring. People who came in after me with the same service, got done before I did.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Towed my car here a 4 months ago. Told me blown head gasket, wanted 3k. Ive never laughed so hard in my life. Took it to my personal mechanic, just had to bleed an air pocket out of my system & add coolant. Do yourself a favor & never go here.

Please do yourself a favor and check the work that was done if you take your car to this location for tires and brakes. Youll end up with air in your brake lines, over-inflated tires, and loosely tightened, stripped lug nuts like I did. The rotors look great though...

First time customer and it took too long for them to change my oil and waited for over 2 hrs. Guy who worked on my car didnt even know how many quarts of oil my car takes and he overfilled it. Think its time to start doing my own oil change

Every time I go they dont have a air filter they tell me to go buy it and theyll put it on. Shouldnt you carry it? Check another location? Takes to long to get the oil change. Nonchalant attitude from guy behind counter. Bad business men!

GOODYEAR........Horrible customer service. Will never go there again, first time experience. A job that takes 30 minutes took 3 hours. I was disrespected and up charged. The manager Jim Shannon was disrespectful and rude.
