Dear Robert aka bob aka supervisor. Your lack of concern and failure to respond to a very simple request made me leave this review. Dont bother calling me back now, i found out what i needed to know after my girlfriend chased down the mail carrier on Saturday asking if he left the package. He did. And today, a very helpful staff member answered the 2nd part of my question. As for you Rob, thanks for nothing. If tasks like these are too much for you to handle, maybe rethink your position. Sincerely, Tax payer P.s i hold government officials and employees to the highest of standards, as anyone should.

WORST USPS EVER!!!!!!! BENSENVILLE, IL POST OFFICE does not even deserve 1 star, they get ZERO stars!!!!! They got 1 star from me because I HAD do give them one to post this review. This post office is the WORST post office I have EVER been to. Gentleman that works to the far right is OK but the overwieght, dark skinned lady is TERRIBLE. Always has attitude, SUPER SLOW and not very bright. I really dont know how these kinds of people hold government jobs????? If you are able to go to ANY other location you will be doing your self a favor. DO NOT GO TO BENSENVILLE POSY OFFICE ON GREEN STREET!!!!!!!

Had a package that was a gift come through this postal facility. Never saw it . It was part of UPS Mail Innovations . It was handed off to USPS on 07/14/2017 and my package was never logged in . Given the low ratings for the USPS postal facility in Bensenville, UPS should not risk there reputation by handing off packages to them. It clearly is not the route to go.

Every time I have been there have had a good experience. People very friendly and helpful. I dont understand what the problem is with the other reviews, unless they gave someone a hard time to start with. Would recommend this Post office.

Supervisor Java is horrible at customer service. Everyone there is respectful except her. Breaks policy and gave my packages away to different people without ID.
