Its funny to me that everyone hates the post master so much. They moved her around from a bunch of different post offices and ended up in our small office so she would deal with less people. I talked to her one day about alternative treatments for her mothers cancer and ever since we have been good friends. I see her being rude as hell to other people though. Its true. The carriers are great people especially Brian and Javon! Both wonderful people and are extremely helpful! I never have any problems with this place except the parking situation sucks and willow cops are horrible people and will ticket old ladies whos hips dont work as well anymore and try to park closer to the door. Willow cops will ticket these people like the ruthless, acting under color of law, criminals they are. Overall 4 star experience.

There is a rude postmaster working in this location. It does not matter what I am going to do: send a package or buy stamps I always leave the place unhappy. This is not only my opinion. Lots of Willow Springs people say they dont even stop by this location. They would rather go to different one where people are nice and helpful. The way she talks to customers is rude and very unpleasant. I hope she will be replaced soon with someone who comes to work to serve people not to just be there for paycheck.

Since FEBRUARY of 2016 I have NOT recieved a BANK STATEMENT, and my CREDIT card companies have mail that was RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE...My granddaughter sent me a GRADUATION invitation that was ALSO returned with a RED STAMP UNDELIVERABLE... WTF = Blessed is the CIVIL SERVANT that WORKS for their SIZEABLE pension....

This one lady likes to close the post office before the actual closing time. And if you are trying to get in to send a package 10 minutes before closing, you are told to hurry up because they are supposed to be closed even though you have ten minutes. Very rude service.

The worst post office ever! Rude and unhelpful employees. Once i had to pick up a package, and they were reluctant to give it to me because my address on the ID was different. Now I try to avoid it at all costs and go to a post office further from my house.

Postmaster is never there and when she is-she is mean, unhelpful and cocky. I have a suggestion for you postmaster- fi you dont like your job-quit it. Theres a lot of people who can appreciate a job.

Intentionally difficult. Would not give me my packages because my IDs address didnt match, even though on their website it clearly states all you need is the peach slip and an ID.

The carriers are wonderful people, but the post master is the most rude person I ever met. She needs to be replaced and does not understand our town at all. Get rid of her!!

The manger is the rudest person ever. She treats her employees like slaves and servants. She talks to everyone down. Its never pleasant to go to this post office.
