Cube Smart is a complete scam storage company. They went up on my rent without notice and they quick to prorate you when you first rent a unit. Problem is they make you pay a full months rent if you move out around your payment date. Example: Im moving my things out in 8 day from my payment date and they charge me for 30 days, a full month.... which Im paying for days that I will not be using. The manager Carmelita was very unprofessional about the situation when I asked why am I paying for a unit that I will not be using for a full month. This place is terrible... my advice to future renters DO NOT RENT FROM CUBE SMART. Save yourself a headache and money.

Love the staff....miss Carmen a lot...but Jamelia and the new staff are just as nice and helpful. The place is clean and well lit. My only complaint...discouraging note is that I have been at this location about 2 1/2 years and needed the unit next to me to sort, downsize and liquidate my current unit. I was VERY disappointed at being charged that ADMINISTRATIVE FEE for the new place while keeping the old unit as well! I think if youve been a good tenant...always paying on time....that FEE SHOULD BE WAIVED!!! Thanks for being in Blue Island.

There is a large variety in unit sizes and price points as well. I found just what I needed. They also offer autopay so its one less thing I have to worry about. The staff is so hospitable, Ive had the privilege of interacting with Shirlean and Courtney while in the office and they are very professional and as friendly as can be. The tenants Ive met thus far, Ive learned to refer to as my neighbors, friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. We have a nice community going here, Id strongly recommend you to come and join our neighborhood.

I honestly loved my experience at the CubeSmart Self Storage location in Blue Island! The manager, Shirlean, greeted me at the door and was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable of the policies, security measures and lease details as she gave me a tour of the building and showed me to my unit. Afterwards, we sat down and finalized the agreement and she was wonderful the entire time. The facility is very clean and organized, and I am comfortable leaving my possessions there until I no longer need storage!

This storage facility is absolutely the best Ive ever done business with. I require storage units for my business and have 4 10x20s at this location and the facility, staff, and upkeep is impeccable. All units are fully indoors and they keep it clean and well lit. Courtney and Shirlean are the staff managers and they are wonderful to work with. Do not hesitate to use Cubesmart in Blue Island for your storage needs!

I recently went to Cubesmart self storage and they were wonderful. I picked out a unit that turned out to be it too small. The manager showed me two more and the one I needed was a bit more money than I had anticipated. She found a way to give me what I needed by offering me a discount. I was relieved because I really needed it that day. I even got change back! Thanks Cubesmart!

This is a very nice storage facility, its clean & the location was perfect until I recently moved a little further away, Mr Roberts was very helpful & patient, & I have never had an issue with service, I would definitely recommend it, if you need a safe clean space.
