Maggie high

This place sucks! I went in to look at some storage spaces for my home and the facility was ok. The manager by the name of Maggie really was rude to the customer before me because they were complaining on some furniture that was damaged by mice poop. When it was my turn she was very upset and continued with her attitude. I was very disrespected. She wanted me to rent a space that i knew my stuff was not going to fit. She then shows me a space and when looking at the unit i seen mice/rat poop. The smell of the space was awful. I refused to take it . She showed me another space and it was worse. The smell and i refuse to rent a space and my furnisher is going to smell or be damage. The space was to much for me to begin with. I asked her for the restroom before i can do paper work and when i went in there OMG it was dirty and smelled really bad! Came back out and let her know and she did nothing but tried to tell me that she just cleaned it with a very bad attitude. In this area with that attitude she is not going to be working there for a long time. someone is going to treat her the same way. If she is doing her work or whatever other things she needs to do she really needs to work on her attitute and rudeness.Maybe you will get more tenants to rent. I refuse to refer a friend because of the dirtyness and rudeness at this location.

THIS BY FAR IS THE WORSE STORAGE FACILITY IVE EVER SEEN, YEA THEY KEEP THE PLACE LOOKING NICE ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT RENT A UNIT AND PUT YOUR BELONGINGS IN THERE, YOULL HAVE TONS, & TONS OF MICE POOP ON THEM WHEN YOU RETURN TO GET IT, AND THE SO CALLED "MANAGER" MAGGIE IS MAD RUDE, YES I HAD TO GO OFF ON HER BECAUSE SHE TALKS TO YOU AS IF SHE DOESNT GIVE TWO CRAPS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS, SHES QUICK TO OFFER YOU THE D.M.# TO CALL HIM TO COMPLAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING OVER PEOPLES HEAD TO LET THEM KNOW HOW UNSATISFIED WITH HER, HER ATTITUDE & THIS FACILITY, NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE OR OFFERED TO BE DONE ABOUT THE MICE POOP ALL OVER MY STUFF, SHE GAVE ME LIKE A OHHH WELL ATTITUDE, NOPE NOT COOL AT ALL, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORSE ENEMY TO THIS PLACE ....

I felt very unsettled when I looked for storage at this place. They were pushy and didnt listen to me. They tried to make me take a more expensive unit than what I wanted. I wont be going back.
