Just like the other person said ..horrible cust serv....they act like they dont want your business. ...never took my name....rushed off to another customer in the middle of estimate today. .my first visit was 45 min no help..I left...second visit just as bad....figured Id try them for countertops today( dont know why ) same horrible experience. ....overpriced, bad attitude (frt counter especially ) acted like they really didnt want/need the business. ..alot of whispering among the two ladies (very rude to do that)..can only imagine what it is like to do business with them (glad I didnt )....totally dissatisfied. ..will never go back...hope the owners read this..

I recently remodeled my kitchen including new wall cabinets and a large island with granite countertops. Pam and her team at Cabinets & Granite Direct helped me every step of the way. Their advice on an efficient layout for placement of the stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in a "triangle-3 place" configuration was perfect. The cabinet colors of antique white for the wall cabinets and dark oak for the island are beautiful. I would recommend Cabinets & Granite Direct for your cabinets without hesitation. Walked in hour before closing, front desk asked me to sign in anx someone will be with shortly. After 15 mi s of walking around front desk women came up to us and handed me a card and said that everyone is was busy closing out the day ( 3 people sitting at their desks) so I can email my design and specs to them and someone will get back to me. Very bad buisness ethic. Rude peole. Felt like they didnt want nor need our business. So my Big project will go somewhere else. HORRIBLE

Just found the CGD site today. I need a quote for installing new cabinet and also new granite countertop. The web site gave me good feel. But when I called, the lady made me feel like I am wasting her time. She wasnt helpful and just want to hang up the phone. I guess this is a good sign that I should turn to another place for my need. If they dont care about new customer I cant imagine how much they will care after they got the job.

Exceptional - Both Customer Service and Cabinets. Sherry Anderson has mastered the art of Customer Service. She is informative, efficient and extremely well-versed in all areas of cabinetry. An expert at design. And a great person to deal with. Cant say enough about her polite personality and professionalism. Great company to deal with.
