If you want a pleasant experience remodeling or building a new kitchen? This is not your company. This company use to be one of the best. Quality over quantity. This is not the case in 2009. They built us a kitchen in 2000 that I can rave about. They built us the same kitchen in 2004 and it was a nightmare! He even had the audacity to scream in my face when he made error after error! He measured 5 times and still made the errors. I also did not get the interior designs I had requested and paid the same price. Now is it quantity over quality. Beware!
