I have four bathrooms and kitchen all Brakur cabinetry. I called to inquire on them fixing two drawers that were loose and misaligned. I was met with a I dont care attitude over the phone. Before I could even describe my situation I was told that it is $100 to come out (not applied to cost of the service) and the warranty is one year. I asked, so you dont want me to use you? The reply, please go to our website order the parts and fix yourself. I wish I would have had the opportunity to tell them I was to their website, ordered the parts and was unable to fix myself. Ive seen this attitude with builders and contractors....we love you until the check is cashed. I do like the quality of the cabinets themselves but they need a lot of work dealing with folks who already wrote them a check.

12/19/16 Purchased kitchen from Brakur, but was a bit scared because of some of the reviews. Our salesman was wonderful, the cabinets were beautiful, and so many of the contractors and workmen gave such nice compliments. We needed a couple minor adjustments on some of the cabinets faces . . . the service was wonderful, quick, and kind. Just today I needed one more thing . . . . .six months after the cabinets were put in . . .. . . once again, the service is quickly scheduled with such politeness. Brakur gets high marks from my husband and I, and this is the third kitchen we have done.

We purchased 75 hinges from this company for cabinets which were refinished. The hinges were not the correct type and they told us over the phone how to alter them and we tried. 2 were successful but two were damaged... the owner of the company refunded our money for only 73 because he said its not there fault two were damaged. That is not taking responsibility for your product.

Way over Priced! Customer Service is as cheap as the cabinets. They dont communicate on status of any order, and orders take twice as long as they state. To top it off, they offer cheap knobs and you have to pay to upgrade to get something decent. I would never use them again nor recommend them.

So happy to do business with them. The quality and service are outstanding. I dont know why people are leaving reviews that are below par. Guessing since theres only 7 reviews, all the good ones go unmentioned. I highly recommend them, beautiful job!

I can honestly say Ive never had better cabinets for the price. I worked with Dave Lynn and Brain and the whole staff and they do an outstanding job--I would highly recommend them
