The staff at this location was extremely rude. I came into this location around 7:15pm. I had two boxes stacked up, already struggling to get inside. As I make my way through the front entrance the FedEx Attendant just rudely asks me if "those are ready to be shipped." She never greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. I dont like to jump to conclusions because I dont know if she was having a bad day or was helping some rude customer. I politely stated that they were not ready to be shipped and I would need assistance. She rudely responded that she would help me after the current customer she was assisting. After the customer left I was next, she then rudely asked him if the boxes were taped. I informed her that they were not and I would require tape. She then said well we sell some. I said, I dont mind purchasing it. They didnt have any tape in the front and she had to go to the back and find some. Never informed me that she would be back. She finally asked a coworker for assistance named Kelly. Kelly was helpful. The original FedEx Attendant then began creating my shipping labels. She rudely asked for my information and never once looked up at me as she was "assisting" me. After some time she was having issues with the computer and called for Kelly again. At this point, Kelly was filing away end of day paper work. The FedEx Attendant then told Kelly that she would file the paper work if she could assist me. Kelly did and she was helpful. I never got the persons name because I dont like to cause a scene. All I know was on the wall it stated that Manager on Duty was Jennifer. If the lady that assisted me was Jennifer, then Im embarrassed for that location. If she was not Jennifer, then I would like to bring this up to her attention. Im a firm believer that you represent the company you work for. In this case, she did not represent Fedex in a good manner. I would not recommend that anyone go to this location.

I had probably the one of the worst experiences here. Coming from a person who had a relative who worked for the company and knows how back stabbing they are. I went to the Cary location to pick up a package that we ordered for the new arrival of our daughter. We were in the hospital for about 4 days and during the 4 days the package came. We never got a confirmation, or notification saying it shipped or was delivered!!! So, when we got home from the hospital, we found out it came. So, when we decided to go and pick it up they man at the Cary location was absolutely RUDE. Had no jester of customer service. Made me feel so guilty for "letting a package sit there " I told him the story and he had nooooo understament what so ever. So he told me that they sent it back to the company we bought our item from. I was so up set and asked whats the next plan, he told me " you have to figure that out" didnt even bother to try and help me. With this experience I am absolutely done with FedEx. Good bye.

Sent a rather larger cashiers check to a client. He called me 2 days later to say he found laying on his driveway!!! He was home the whole day and nobody rang the bell or knocked! Remind me again, whats the difference between fed ex and the USPS???

I was at home the whole day. The driver did not knock on the door, and just pasted a sticker. I ordered 2Day delivery. I am not satisfied.........
