Off my usual route so stopped in at this UPS store to drop off a couple packages. OMG! Other reviews are correct! AVOID this place if you are dropping off a UPS package and want a receipt! Owner went off on me on how the receipt means nothing he is not responsible for any items dropped off for UPS at his UPS store! He stated he has no affiliation with UPS I should drop package in a UPS box! If you drop a package off at any business they are responsible for that item in their possession in their building until picked up by carrier! I go to UPS store on Algonquin Rd all the time never an issue! Went back there after dealing with with terrible UPS Store in CL they agreed with me I will be putting a call to UPS also! 800 742 5877 I think UPS should not give this CL store owner the right to use their great name when he blatantly denies affiliation with them! Really needs to take a class on business responsibilities pertaining to items he has in his possession in his store too! Anger management also obviously does not like taking in UPS packages! Not something that should set off a UPS store owner!

This store works very slow. I filed a claim with my damaged product. They said they would get back to me with any information they had. i never once received a call from them with information. The only time I received information was when I would be persistent. I will not use this store again. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to, or else I couldnt post my review.

Top notch with customer service in every aspect. Personable, friendly, helpful, efficient, professional. I definitely recommend this store for your mailbox rental, shipping, printing, notary needs. Need special attention for an out-of-the-ordinary circumstance? I think you will find the staff at this UPS Store to be most accommodating. I highly recommend!!!
