First off, I never ever leave bad reviews for anything or anybody. For my first package, I signed up for text message alerts for when they get near, and I never received them. This is unfortunate because I have a guard dog. If they text or call me before or when theyre at my door, I can have somebody receive the package. They called me around 9 pm to tell me they tried twice and couldnt deliver because nobody was there. I kindly explained that I had a working schedule. I asked around what time I should look out for the next delivery, they rudely said they didnt know because it was closed. I told them thank you again and was about to say something, but they hung up immediately. The customer service is horrible. Then I went to pick it up at the building, but they said that there was absolutely no information on where my package was. Apparently it was in a truck that was "in transit" I did not get my package until the day before an event I needed my package for when it was due to deliver five days before. They claimed there was no information and printed out a blank piece of paper with only my tracking number to prove that they dont know where my package is.

I have all my UPS shipments held at the customer center. I love it when Judy is there. Usually, I walk in, she hands me the pda to sign for my package, hands me my package, and Im gone within seconds of being there. She makes it extremely easy to get my packages without chasing the UPS trucks all over town......done that before.

Terrible all around. UPS guy lightly tapped on the door and waited about 10 seconds. When he didnt hear anyone coming he just left with the package and put a blank receipt on the door. Tried to go pick it up but this shipping center is closed completely on Saturday and Sunday. Garbage customer service
