GO TO OSWEGO LOCATION! This location will not take the time to help you out if something goes wrong on UPSs end. long story short package I sent out was sent to the wrong sort facility which delayed arrival (on a time sensitive shipment). Mistakes happen I get it.. UPS customer support said to contact the UPS store.. I did. The kid answering the phone passed me along to his manager (which I appreciated) however this lady was 100% unwilling to help out an was even rude. I had this exact issue arise (package sent to the same wrong sort facility) a few months prior and the guy at the Oswego UPS store actually fixed the problem for me, he called his contacts at UPS and told me they would call me back with the info.. which they did. Yorkville UPS store was actually unwilling to even take the time to call and help out.. and the lady just gave me the generic UPS number ...terrible customer service and they obviously do not appreciate your business as they are not willing to take the time out for you. Take your business to someone who cares. Oswego for me here on out.

I walked in with a box and patiently waited for the lady behind the counter to help me. She was chatting on the phone and didnt even acknowledge or greet me. She was clearly on a personal call. I finally interrupted her and told her that I already had a label and just needed to drop off. She looked annoyed and just used hand motions to tell me to put it on the counter. We didnt even exchange any words. USPS may actually be friendlier than this UPS! Customer service is dead!

After new owner took over. I called several time to have my mail send out to me. It never was sent. I just called again to see what is going on and 20 calls later I find out my account been terminated without my knowledge. Yes my fault I missed the payment but last time I talked to them they said mail is on its way and said nothing about my payment being late. Wish the last owner was still there. Good luck to new management but the way I was treated was just wrong!!!!

Website & store window states location is open until 2pm today. (Saturday) I was surprised the door was lock upon arrival. So, I called from the parking lot at 1:45 the store associate answered and said they closed early today. I asked if the posted hours were in correction? She said "no" but they decided to close early. I would highly recommend calling - needless to say we will be heading to a different location & not doing any future business with the Yorkville location

Ive been here over twenty times since moving to Yorkville and they are never smiling, friendly, welcoming, etc. no hello, how are you, what can I do for you. Just blank stares and bad attitudes. Rarely a thank you when your purchase is complete. Ill be using the post office for my services from now on. I hate to pay for a service and feel like Im bothering the employees to do their job. Wont be back again.

Courteous and friendly staff. Prompt service. The UPS Staff took care of something I overlooked in my frustration with the vendor who shipped my item. Great Customer Service. I definitely recommend this store.
