I went there to mail a friend a small package and I was trying to ask about the prices of shipping and Packages to get a better understanding on how things work the person that was helping me was trying to explain and was trying to be nice. But the other employee who has short blonde hair and looks like a man jumped in our conversation was being rude with me for no reason I was just trying to get a better understanding on what was going on with the shipping and prices on the packages. But I could not even do that in peace because this lady who was not even helping jumps in our conversation giving me a attitude for no reason do not go here if you can avoid this place do you have been warned.

Not nice, I just got a return, and I forgot to tape my box, so I went back to my car to tape it. Then I come back and wait in line for a long time. And the same person asked was that your tape or ours. I mean, I walked out of the door, and I do not see any tape laying around in the post office, why would she ask me that like Im stealing her tape? And she was having a bad face too without even asking if I want a receipt or not.

The postmaster working at this location is scum, and not worth anyones trust or respect. I purchased a stamped envelope from this store at 12:25 on 2/5/2011, and returned at 1:20 on the same day to mail a package that required paperwork. While I was in the store filling out the forms, the postmaster had my car towed. Nothing could be done, even after I produced receipts proving my recent purchase. The towing cost me $160..

The staff here during the Christmas season were all very kind, despite how busy they were and the 3 times I went in to mail packages, their lines were pretty long. They took time to carefully help each person make sure their package got the information put on them correctly ( alot of packages from U of I students were going out of the country) or to make sure they got the correct coverage or protection they needed

The tall lady with short blonde hair is extremely rude. Worst post office experience in my life. I just have some questions about my missing first class shipment. She yalles at me out of no where and ask me to leave. I will never come back here ever again, although one other lady is really nice every time. Avoid this lady when you are here if you dont want to ruin your day.

I am EXTREMELY sad that I cant give a minus rating. One of women here was being aggressive over being mean. Avoid this post office at all cost. Maybe not everybody works here are mean, but this woman I talked to was such a mystery that she did not get fired yet. Please find a husband who can feed you and rest well at home.

I went to this post office with my package, sealed, ready to go. The staff was horribly rude, and was not taking my package, forcing me to buy tape! I had tape with me, and she said you have to buy it from us, otherwise I wont take it!! I quickly left there. Shame on you.

The people who work here go out of their way to be rude. They were so rude answering a question I had about shipping a package internationally that I decided to just leave and go elsewhere. On my way out the lady continued to yell at me.

Ive always had no problem with any of the staff here, they have been helpful and responsive to my questions. Ive heard that isnt always the case though and that some of the student population is supported in a less friendly way.

Asked a simple question about purchasing a box for shipping and received some of the rudest remarks I have ever heard from customer service. I wouldnt recommend this location if some one paid me to.

She refused my package because the label was printed on a holiday. I asked her if it could ship as is, she replied "yes, but I refuse to take a package with an incorrect date". Use a mailbox.
