These people are horribly rude....especially Kathy and Renee. I would fire these 2 in particular if I were in charge. They are argumentative and seem to be looking for a fight with customers. The US post office is in financial trouble...with employees like these at the desk it is easy to see why. The only thing these two employees of the USPS got accomplished was losing another customer. Good job Kathy and Renee...good job.

They have answered questions with patience and given options and advice on different rates and speeds of shipping. Usually Im in there with at least one small child and they have been welcoming and accommodating. The building is old and full of character as it shares space with a progressive attorney upstairs and the Independent Media Center. And its conveniently located in downtown Urbana.

I went to the post office to ship my package. I asked the agent to use the tape for the box, and she refused to give me the tape, and said I can not use this tape, and should buy the wide tapes, 5$ or so, otherwise I cannot mail it. All my standard mail was 2.3$! I got surprised how terrible a staff can be, and left the store. Will never forget it such a horrible customer service.

Althought I have had terrible experiences getting a hold of customer service, I must say this was a wonderful experience. I got an answer within the first three (3) rang of the call. The guy who answered was a gentleman and he provided great advice which I think is fine. The only reason I think my service went well was because it was at 8:00am on a Monday morning.

The worst mailing staff I have ever had the extremely unpleasant opportunity of dealing with. Would fire all staff I have ever encountered; very rude, cut you off mid-sentence, hang up without resolving issues.
