The Roselle post office unfortunately does not even deserve 1 star. I have a parcel that is supposed to be arriving at home. I missed there first attempt at delivery apparently, I say apparently as I never received notification. I ended up calling the online store and they informed me of this... Any how I then scheduled for redelivery today (8/30) knowing that I would be home all day and able to receive the parcel and they never showed! However they did show on 8/28 when I obviously wasnt here, hoping it was a fluke I waited for today. It is now 6:00pm they still havent shown up so I decided it was time to try going to the post office since the ticket they left at my door stated the post office was open until 7:00pm. Apparently they dont bother following there own hours and they were already locked up for the evening. I then attempted to call the phone number that was on the ticket for help and was greeted by a robot that couldnt understand a word of English when I finally got in a queue for a representative I was greeted with the message of my holding time being 1.5-2 hours. I can not believe this negative experience and I am terribly disappointed on Roslles PO. TL;DR Post office screwed up my redelivery date. And close up shop an hour before their listed hours.

Some how my package did not make it to sorting facility after it left Roselle Post office.. HMMM.... i suspect some one lost it or stole it.. I have the tracking Number an i will be filing mail theft if my Package is not delivered soon i paid for 2 day priority mail that means 2 days . Every time i called the Roselle Post office they seem to not want to help me find my package.

Staff is averse to customer satisfaction, all upper management attempts to cover for their employees as they keep you in a loop of redirection and call holding, instead of disciplining them on the protocol they haphazardly follow, so if you even do a cross check of what they are to do and what happened suite, they fall drastically short

TERRIBLE!! Im so sick and tired of waiting in a long line just to drop off packages that I dont even need a receipt for because I printed posted off from online! This post office needs an area just for drop off!! They just love wasting peoples time.

Black guy and asian lady very rude to me. Black guy employee did not help AT ALL. He was clueless in his response and simply read what the note on the returned letter had. Highly upset with their service.

Were on Day 5, trying to track a lost package. Trying to maintain a courteous and matter-of-fact tone is difficult when one is dealing with insinuation that one is either lying or stupid.
