THE MOST unprofessional post office I have ever been to. We came from Paducah (30 minutes away) to drop off flyers for Every Door Direct Mail - we called the day before to make sure we had all of the information we would need - we werent told about some "form" that had to be filled out. We were greeted by two of the rudest women Ive ever met. They basically laughed in our faces because we didnt have this alleged form.. Well, maybe the postal workers should say on the phone when a customer calls that you need said form. Either way, we told them they were rude, and left without mailing anything. Well get aforementioned form, and take it (and our business) to a more professional post office in Marshall County.

if i could give it no stars i would. the woman that works out front is so rude all the time. she yelled at me today cause i asked if i could lean on her counter. i was very sick think my blood sugar was too low. luckily there was only one person in front of me and she did call someone up front to get me a chair. i am a bad diabetic and multiple health problems i try to go to the post office when they are not so busy. this woman is so slow and so unprofessional. her and the customer she was waiting on were both very rude to me. may God save her soul. Poor customer service

Most of the time when I go up there there is one lady that I always talk to who is extremely rude and hateful. Doesnt even look at me half the time and never smiles. Occasionally I see the man that works there and has been the complete opposite. He is always so friendly, smiles, and helps me with any concerns or questions that I have. Definitely think they need to get rid of the rude woman that works there. Not very good customer service at all!!

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Very unhelpful with excuses for everything. Nobody does their job and 3 of the 5 people Ive dealt with have been some of the most horribly rude people.

I cant believe everyone on here is bashing the lady that works there. I go in there all the time and she is super nice and helps me with whatever I need.
