Several terrible experiences: - Mailman posted my package in someone elses mailbox. -Mailman posted someone elses package in my mailbox -Mailman reported my package was placed in my mailbox, but it was never delivered. -When tracking package, it is never delivered at time or day when it said on tracking page. -When called post office to complain, they do not connect customer to speak to person in charge of complains. Per clerk, person is always unavailable. Always they advice customer to come in person to talk to person in charge. - Mailman left slip that signature needed for delivery and that my package will be available for pick up in the post office same day after 4 pm. I went in the post office next day, they could not find the package. They assumed that mailman did not returned it from the truck. They gave me a form to request next day re-delivery, which I filled up. There was no delivery next day. Finally next day I went to complain again, and as always I was advised to call office by phone to complain, but at least they find my package. -Whenever was in post office and wanted to talk to person in charge, I was advised to call office because, person in charge is not there. There is more bad experiences but above mentioned are enough to describe what kind of service this office is providing.

The employees work very hard and are helpful. There are often very long lines; therefore, it would expedite service if there were more employees available to handle the counter. If Im in a hurry, I go to the Roselle post office because their volume is so much less. Our original mail carrier, "Joe," retired about a year ago, and we were all very sad to see him leave. He had all the attributes of a perfect employee--super-efficient, kind, always pleasant, going the extra mile for each and every resident in my 245 apartment association. I cant say enough good things about him. Our present mail carrier is also very good, but Joe was a hard act to follow. I can say Ive never had a problem with mail delivery since Ive lived in my condo building--moved into it in 1997. Thats an astounding record! I hope management rewards their hard-working employees in some way.

I ordered a package on December 1st that I needed as a Christmas present by December 24th but I still have not received it (It was scheduled to arrive by December 10th). After tracking my package online I found that someone had tried to deliver it on December 19th but no one was home at the time and they failed to leave a delivery notice like they are supposed to so I had no idea that someone had even come to deliver it. Once I found this out, I went online and rescheduled my delivery for today (the 24th) and I called twice about it. Both times when I called the workers were very rude. This is so disappointing. I ordered my package in plenty of time to receive it before Christmas but thanks to the slow post office and poor customer service I do not have my Christmas present for my loved one on time.

From Millstadt IL I sent a priority mail letter on 5/13. Schaumburg SUPPOSEDLY attempted to deliver this 5/15. The address was correct and they said there was no name on the mailbox so they didnt deliver. Both me and the recipient contacted the post office and made arrangements for delivery on 5/19 with the recipient taking the day off work to receive item. SCHAUMBURG NEVER DELIVERED the article and SUPPOSEDLY returned it to me 5/19. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!!!! How can they get it SO WRONG? What kind of post office are they running? I can tell you what kind; a post office THAT DOESNT DELIVER. Right now Ive been on hold for over 20 mintues waiting for the supervisor. DOPES!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont count on this post office for ANYTHING!!!!!!

I live in a apartment with a clubhouse that takes receiving packages. Once already, the post office failed to leave my package at the clubhouse, and my package never reached me. I called to see what the deal was, and they mentioned there has been high activity of theft in my area...ridiculous when you can simply leave it at the office. Again, I recently ordered over $100 dollars worth of items, and the post office attempted to drop off my order at my door. However, I work at 9-5, M-F, so they should have left it at the CLUBHOUSE!..Instead, now I get to waste my Saturday trying to track down my items, so they are not lost/stolen again. I cant wait to move out of this place, so I never have to deal with these people again.

As Katie Guy mentioned, Bhavana is the rudest employee. I had the worst experience and will not step in to the post office again. She taps on the table to call the next person in line. She refused my parcel to take as little portion of tape was bit off and I asked I wanted to see supervisor to report her rude behavior. She lied saying that no supervisor is available. I went to different post office and I asked anything wrong with parcel, they said " I dont see anything wrong with this" and accepted. Bhavana is kind of employees are putting down the name of USPS services. I will give negative 10 rating. Horrible service.

I was there 10 min after they opened. There was a gentleman there at the window being helped and I was next in line (not even 1 min.) when the woman behind the counter who was helping that man, who was extremely rude to this co-worker telling her quite rudely, but having the right intention, told that other co-worker that I was waiting in line and I needed help. That worker did help me right after she spewing back reasons for why there was no one at second window. She showed me how to use the automatic machine. The person who helped me was kind and helpful despite previous words mentioned.

this post office refuses to deliver mail to the new chicago prime steakhouse stating that the shopping center needs to have a community mail box. Does Aldi, Culvers, Subway, Wendys, Flower shop, Day spa ALL have to go to their office to pick up their mail? This is a joke. Just deliver our mail people. AND STOP YELLING AT OUR MAIL PICK UP PERSON! Its incredible that they have the ignorance to rudely treat our office manager. Nice work Post office. Really great service! Oh and I am only writing this review because no one would answer the telephone there. Never!

The package mailed required a signature. I signed the card, left it in my mailbox. Three days passed, (allowing for time to re-deliver) I called the post office. Transferred twice, and then I was put on hold and left hanging for at least 20 minutes. I hung up, called back, they were closed, was automatically transferred to the reception area and was not answered. Today is Tuesday, still no delivery, I called again. My carrier had already left for the day. They said they would reschedule for tomorrow.

I have to agree about the service. Living in an apartment complex, it is difficult to get the items I need dropped off to my small mailbox in the apartment complex. However, when I have to sign off for something, I have asked multiple times for the mail carrier to LEAVE THE ITEM AT THE BUILDING OFFICE and they refuse to every time. I feel this is MY choice where you put MY things, because then I have to pick the item up at the post office..Needless to say, service does not like to cooperate..
