UPDATED from a one star review - I have since been in contact with the owner who I tracked down via LinkedIn. They promptly refunded what was originally promised. This would have been a five star review until today due to the female manager - Ms Hernandez. I had a unit for several years and moved out at the end of March, 2017. I was told when I moved out that I was due a refund - it was minimal (around $10) but the manager was out on short term disability so it would be 6-8 weeks before I would be refunded. On Friday, July 28, I finally got around to calling as no refund had ever been processed. I was asked for my phone number and unit number and the manager would call me back. On Tuesday, August 1, I still had yet to receive a call so I placed another call. Pam answered and was trying to be helpful. I could hear in the background another person asking if I could call back tomorrow. I suggested that they have the manager call me back tomorrow and Pam started to take my number. The person in the background, who turned out to be the manager - Seneida - began talking loudly that I was not going to be given a refund, that I moved out after the 10th and that I was not due anything. This was the first I had heard this and it was not even to me directly. It was all being yelled at me while I was on the phone with Pam. Instead of politely getting on the phone with me - or ever calling me back - she chose to yell and complain about me and then left the room. I am guessing I will never get a refund or even a polite phone call that explains anything or actually doing what they said they would do originally because it is the right thing to do and it is a minimal amount. My only recourse is to try to reach out via social media and reviews if I ever expect to hear from anyone and do the right thing. After looking through other reviews, my guess is this manager is unpleasant to everyone which is too bad for their employees and the people who rent units.

It is May 6 at 10:35 am on Saturday morning. They were suppose to open at 10:00. No one here, no one answering phone. No emergency number. Many people waiting to get to there storage spaces. What a mess. Incrediblely inconvenient. There is a man from Michigan picking up something he purchad d on EBay, on a schedule- item held hostage. Another person is moving with a rented uhaul. This is crazy.

Arrived in the office at 15 till 5pm when they close. At 5 till someone showed up and said they close at 10 till. I was ready to rent a space.
