For any guy out there that understands the fear of going to a new barber would understand me when I say that its quite a daunting task. Moving to Chicago left me with the burden of having to try all new things including finding a new barber that would compare to my old one from home. After leaving my first haircut from Johnathon I was nothing but impressed with his attention to detail. I felt like a million bucks walking out of there! It was a good feeling knowing that there was someone out there that truly cares about his clients. I have been getting my haircut by Johnathon for several months now and its good to know whenever I go to get it done that I will have a fresh cut and a friend to talk to. Walked in on an early Tuesday morning, ended up waiting for like 15 mins. Afterall I didnt have an appointment. A nice cozy little shop, staff is awesome. Best haircut Ive had in ages. Chat you up and take their time, no rush to get you out of the chair. Cash only. Didnt have enough change, so he took less than they charge and said to come back next time. Random act of kindness and great service = repeat customers. Will definitely be back!

These guys know what theyre doing. In their expanding business they have done a great job of marketing and keeping a loyal customer base. Every single barber there is phenomenal. Sure it might be a little pricey but its worth it, I even tip the guy every time. I would recommend this place to every guy that wants to look great. Their neckshaves are the best!

$40 for the worst haircut of my life. The barber was extremely timid cutting my hair and I left with what looks like an unfinished cut. Im now at home trying to make it look decent for public viewing. Uneven lining. Im forced to cut off all my facial hair because the barber ruined it so bad. All of this right before an interview. Terrible.

Remember to bring cash (cash only)! I come up from Roscoe just to go here. I usually see Sergio who is very personable. I feel that we have that traditional old-school Barber-client relationship rather than going to the Great Clips or Sport Clips type places. It would be nice if they accepted credit, but its not that big of a deal.
