I called in early, at 12:11pm on a Saturday. I asked them if they had anything available for 1 or 1:30pm. They said that both were available, and so I asked if I could come in at 1:15pm. Then the woman said that we could push it back to 1:30pm. That was pushing it for me, so I mad the appointment for 1pm and rushed myself to get in. After arriving, they told me that they had no record of my name for an appointment. Not a big deal, I only waited 10 minutes. However, after I sat down, the lady looked bewildered at my hair, told me she liked the length and style, and asked if I wanted to take just an inch or two off, after I told her that I wanted to cut my hair short and change the style of it. Then we went into a 3-5 minute debate on what to do with my hair, and she basically talked me out of getting my hair cut. I got up and left, because it seemed as if she didnt know what she was doing, and didnt want to cut my hair the way I wanted it.

Updating review from 5 stars to 3. Good haircuts overall, after about 20 cuts, only about two were sub par. However, recently had a haircut scheduled and was running late, I called to let them know Im ten to fifteen minutes late and they responded with "unfortunately, we cant take you because itll push back the next customer." Of my twenty cuts Ive waited for previous customers about 25% of the time, so I asked to forgive my shampooing and wash to make up time and they still wouldnt accommodate. I understand your dont want to push the next customer back ten minutes, and perhaps I should have tried harder to make my appointment time, but it was a little disappointing they wouldnt accept the ten minute difference. I guess I shouldnt have called to let them know...

You will always come out of this shop looking dapper. I have had at least 4 different stylists at this location and each of them is AMAZING in their own right. For best effect, be sure to bring a picture - if you do that, youll get the perfect cut, every time.
