Unbelievable experience. Came to get bumper and batteries fixed in my hybrid after i was rear ended by a car. They put on a different colored bumper and unplugged my battery to clear the battery code then gave me attitude when i pointed it out. Radio needed code and they denied the whole thing, bumper isnt aligned at all and it missing the factory decals. They called my car beat up and told me not to worry about it and that they wont argue with me about it. Car was covered in mud, had 200 more miles and an exhaust leak after picking it up. Needed to get it out of there before they did any further "work" Stay away at all costs.

Worse experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe how rude & disrespectful these people are. Unfortunately I was in a car accident that was not my fault & the other persons insurance send me to this body shop. It took them 6 weeks to repair the damages, you would think the job was well done. Nope! The paint doesnt even match the car, the paint is chipped. According to the owner of the body shop the reason it looks crappy is because the parts are after market parts. No! The paint job has nothing to do with the parts. I feel sorry for the next person who has to go get their car repaired with them.

Picked up my car today, finally! My car was towed to the shop on 3/15/16, but wasnt started on until 4/11/16. Thats the day supposedly my car was in according to my insurances website, where you can check the progress of your vehicles work. Mind you that it wasnt huge damage, at least that I thoughts so. Ive had worse damage done to cars and repaired way faster. The repairs do look great and the shop washed and detailed my car, that was a big plus. Im hoping the long wait was worth it with no regrets later.

Midway auto repair is an excellent body shop.. explain things other shops will just bs you about.. Also John who is owner I think is very upfront and might not like price but definitely worth every penny.. Works is excellent and always satisfied.. So if your looking for a great body shop in midway area .. This is the place to go.. Even if not near midway..youll be glad you went with Midway Auto repair.

Just got my hyundai genesis bumper done the work is flswless and the price came out cheaper then estimsted that never happens at other places i bring all my cars here they are excellent and very professional

the so call adjuster that saw my car did a bad job saying i only need the rear bumber but in fact i need the bumper suport bumper, and bumper foam and even need the frame straighten horrible place

the owner/manager is rude and his customer service is deplorable. They do horrible work they lost my splash shields and acted offended when I asked for them. stay away!
