Worst customer service ever...... I made an appointment for an oil change online for 2pm, i arrive at 1:55. after i registered in, i had a seat. The service shop was empty maybe 2 cars in the shop. There is a sign that says 30 minutes for oil change. At 2:30 i notice they didnt even move my car. i went up to the counter and asked if my car was ready, The bald dude with a beard wearing a non pepboys shirt said they didnt even get to it. meanwhile 2 customers came after me, one left, the other had her car on the lift already. I told him give me my keys he threw them on the counter No apology whatsoever I asked him why is my car not being worked on he stuttered for about 2 seconds and had NO EXCUSE....... WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD The person that wrote me up was bad very bad

Ive purchased tires from Pep Boys last month, I got all four of them done. Today I have a low tire. I goes to this pep boys to only b told I need an appointment. What?? Who actually knows when they will encounter a problem as this. I had all my paper work for the tire warranty and all of the other stuff that comes along with purchasing new tires. He proceeds to day, after I reached for my papers back, and asked him if I really needed at appointment for a low tire; " well theyre busy and it will atleast be a 2hr wait.

I woke up not in the best spirits & on top of that I had to go get my oil changed which I knew would take over a hour, but when I walked into Pep Boys I was greeted by Jesse. His customer service is awesome. He had the biggest smile when he asked me my how my day was going and how could he help me. Jesse is very professional & moved at a rapid pace.Thank God for good workers like him. Hes amazing!!!! Thanks Jesse.....

Called an told them I had a flat, said they could take me. When I got there they gave the okay to do a four tire change on another car leaving us stranded for over two hours. We went from a half hour wait to a two and a half hour wait. We were from out of town and needed to be on the road. We went to National Tire and Batter across the street. Immediate help. Never recommend this store. Aweful.

I walked into the Crestwood Pepboys and instantly was greeted by Jesse Ramos in all my years walking into a service department Ive ever been greeted with such respect and a great attitude Jesse is definitely the reason I will return to Pepboys in the future absolutely the best service Ive ever received.

Great customer service from Jesse and Ruben. I came in for an oil change and they answered my questions with no problem and did an excellent job on the service. If a place does not show good customer service, they are not worth going to. These guys were great!!!

1 1/2 hrs for a scheduled 30 min oil change... brought up the issue and was told that i needed to call the store for details on the 30 min change - whatever that means. Took about 25 minutes to ring me up at the wrong amount as well

Poor customer service one person was polite but when asking his coworker a question the coworker was very rude to him and us will not be coming back to this location ever hope theyre able to fix the attitude problem

Went to the store for brake pads and rotors. Very helpful staff. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable about the products, bundled parts to save me some moola and offered to help carry parts to my car.

The wait time was ridiculous, I was told the job I needed done would only take an hour.. 2 hours later I was still waiting and my car had not even been touched yet. Never again will I come here for service.
