Poor customer service. Took my Escalade in for brakes, rotors, tie rods and alignment. We spent a lot of money on the work that was done. Brakes are still squeaking. We have had this vehicle for approximately 3 years and after they worked on the brakes the center caps for the rims began to fall off one by one. After the second one came off we checked one that was still on and it came off by lightly pulling it with my finger. Due to their design it requires a special tool to remove them. Then we looked at it and some of the clips were broken. We called the shop to address our issues with their work and were spoken to by the staff in an inappropriate and rude manner and they hung up on us!!!!!!!!! We will never return to this shop and I do not recommend getting your car worked on here. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS HUNG UP ON BY STAFF!!!!!!!

Ancient construction Inc

This place wanted to rip me off by a longshot .I came here to this shop by reference from a friend. I wanted to lift my Excursion and replace the whole suspension as well as brakes , lines, calipers, shocks, rotors, hoses. After receiving the email with the quote with their parts list, labor, and fees broken down; turns out they want to charge at least $3,452.25 more for the same parts. When i searched the part by his number and it correlated 100% i found i was being ripped off vastly on pricing; Im just so glad i did not go here to get ripped off . The owner kept trying to tell me he buys only from select suppliers. However i find it hard to believe he buys his parts 100-200% more than average cost.

We dont even show your name in our database. So, I would appreciate you removing your negative review on information that DOES NOT EXIST! Ancient construction Inc, I am very sorry to hear you were being "ripped off" and charged a high amount. We strictly use parts of high quality. We do not shop the internet and purchase from Amazon, Ebay, etc. I hope you were able to get your Excursion fixed.

My girlfriend brought her car in here because I seen they had great reviews on here. When she came home she said they treated her poorly and it would cost $390 to change out 6 spark plugs and wires. I found that to be outragous and wish we had gone elsewhere. Do not let them inspect your car, it will cost you $80 if you dont get the repairs done there. There are plenty of local places that will inspect for free, and cost a hell of a lot less money.

Was a high school senior looking for a first car, drove around looking for used cars and saw a chevy malibu for sale at alpha auto. Talked to the guy, he claimed it was a new engine with only 40,000 miles which was a lie. Car was complete garbage, the engine blew up and had to be replaced.
