This was by far the worst mechanical experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I originally went in to get my engine checked for the emissions test one day. I paid over $400 in parts and labor only to leave out with another problem, my car sudden started making this loud humming noise. I take it back the very next day, and the owner acted as if he didnt know what I was talking about, nor did he want to investigate the problem himself. He was extremely rude. After spending a total of 15 hours waiting in that shop over the course of 2 days, I left the second day with the same exact problem. Not only that, but my check engine light came back on the very next day, which let me know that they only do temporary fixes for emissions test. Long story short, Ive been going back and forth to this place every week for THREE weeks and my van STILL has the same problems. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I will never step foot in this hell hole of an establishment ever again, nor will I recommended it to anyone else.

Went in for struts and got a nightmare instead 1st time put the wrong struts on, 2nd time the struts were replaced but the car road like a tank so I returned a 3rd time with bought struts from the dealer this time and had them redo the job at my cost only to come back and find my car damaged in the front and have Kevin deny responsibility for the damage to my mint condition car, I even had grease all over the ceiling, seats and doors. I had to file a claim through consumer reports and Bbb but he had no rating with Bbb so I learned a lesson, never let a place where the owner sleeps inside overnight and opens up with a glass of jack daniels drinking right in front of customers. U r now warned.

I have done business with this location for at least twenty years, and have always found the owner to be an knowledgeable, honest, and ethical person. Over the years, I have had many vehicles serviced by this business, and have received quality service at reasonable prices. On a couple of rare occassions, I differed with the diagnosis of a mechanic. When I expressed my concerns, the owner always resolved the issues to my satisfaction. This shop, is the first place that I go for advice or service. I highly recommend this shop.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me. Ive been there several times, and each time was great. I was able to drop my truck off, and I was offered a ride home during one cold-weather visit. I recently had brake work done. Although I paid more than I wanted to (primarily to me holding off on the repair until it was almost too late), the work was done in a timely fashion, and the brakes are as good as new. They helped me to pass my most recent emissions test, too.

I went here to have my brakes serviced after getting a write up from another repair shop on the many things that I didnt need. (New tires that I just had replaced) This placed gained my business when they showed me everything they recommended and explained it to me in laymans terms. I recommend dropping your car off as the wait might be long, which his the reason for my 4 stars.

The worst place you could every take a car the guy sitting at the front that takes the orders is absolutely horrible took my car in 7 that morning and never called me to come get it I had to run him down just to find out he never fix nothing and charged me and told me if I didnt pay him he was not going give me my car please watch yourself with this one

They lost my car keys, and acted like they dont care. When they found my keys it was six hours later., Handed my keys to the first person who answered the door., Didnt fix everything that they did they were going to fix and I paid for it,. I never did get to test drive the car cause they lost my keys, and they had to do me off.,

This place is great! The owner is always helpful and honest. I was recommended by my family to go there and Im so glad that I did. Whenever I call with a car problem, I have always been able to drop my car off and they get it back to me quickly with the problems resolved.

I have known the owner since we were teens, and I can vouch for Kevins work ethic and honesty. To put it this way I have not had anyone work on my cars but Kevins shop for what, 35 years? And I drive over 40 miles one way these days to have him do so.
