Alejandro charged me a lot for a Permanent hair straightening. I thought it was going to be perfect and He told me it had warranty. Then, the first time I washed my hair it went back to normal. I was completely disappointed I talked to him and he blamed my hair. He said it was too damaged!! He tried fixing so he cut it. He left it so short. Now my hair is puffy and short... Thank you Alejandro. And people please dont go to this horrible place!
