Called on a Wednesday night to see how fast they could do an oil-change and general maintenance on my Car before a long drive to Dallas. Person on the phone said they were pretty backed up and asked if I could bring the car in Friday morning. Friday morning I drove over and their parking lot still looked packed. However, the man at their front desk said theyd take it in since someone had asked me to wait until Friday (He didnt even ask who had promised it or anything!). They called me about 2 hours later to let me know they thought I should have my front brakes swapped out, gave me a total estimate, and said they would be done in about another hour and a half. I came by to pick up the car a little after noon and the car was ready, their estimate was exactly what the final bill said, and there were no hassles. On top of all that, I could tell the difference in the brakes immediately. I think these guys are the opposite of every mechanic horror story your parents told you.

I originally went here to get a second opinion on what the VW dealer told me... 3 years ago. Now I wont take my car anywhere else. They saved me ~$450 that day and probably thousands since. These guys are honest mechanics. They are courteous and knowledgeable, and if they know you can go another 500 miles without fixing something, they will tell you. They have never charged me more than what was fair. The only thing that might scare off some people is that their waiting room looks like its 1972 in there... but rest assured that your money is going to your car repair and not their waiting room decor. Bottom line: these guys rule.

Have been going here for over seven years and I love these guys. I have a 99 Honda CRV and whenever I come in, they only do what is needed. Some places seem to find a problem every time you come in but these guys dont. And if you describe an issue, theyre great at figuring out what the issue is. So despite having an old car, my annual auto repair costs have been low. Makes it hard to justify replacing my car with a newer model unlike many of my friends who spend thousands per year on theirs on a regular basis. I find them trustworthy and honest.

Reliable isnt a fancy dealership. The interior is worn. Its your more typical gas - station throwback (no gas stops here.) However, their work is second to none. They use dealership (car manufacturer) parts. My family owned an auto service business. After it closed, I was lucky enough to find a place that does quality work. Ive had my Honda Pilot for 8 years and a BMW for 12. They take great care of both. I always recommend Reliable to everyone I know with a car.

I took my car to this place a couple of weeks ago when my battery seemed to be faulty and I literally dragged my car to Reliable as the engine would die at every stop.Andy game me a HONEST opinion (a honest mechanic?????) and he fixed my car for $135(its a Lexus 2003)as it was something simple that I could not believe it .After 2-3 days I realized that he was absolutely right and my car was running great. This place is my new auto repair place.

Great service and good prices. They were able to fit me in with very little notice and had friendly staff. I did some research on the parts and labor required for the repair and believe I was charged a fair amount for everything. My only complaint is that I was told I would be called with a quote before they performed the work and this did not happen. However, considering everything else Im still very satisfied.

Had good experiences with them a couple of times but then they kept my car for an entire week without contacting me or touching it. I called them numerous times and they kept false promising to look at my car in a day until the day after I made a physical visit to the shop. The next day they finally called me for the first time.

Andy and the guys at Reliable are great! I always get an explanation pre-service. I have their number and the number of their tow truck driver Rusty programmed in my phone. I HOPE I do not need to visit them for a while, but I feel safer knowing I can call them and be treated right when the time comes. Great place!

This is the best auto center I have ever been to. I actually trust these people. Ive been there for body work, new tires and oil changes. Each time, they fully explain the work performed and itemize costs for parts and labor. Theyre reasonable and honest. I would highly recommend this auto center.

Honest, no nonsense mechanics. I took my car in with the concern that I had a serious, expensive problem but it ended up being a completely trivial issue that was fixed quickly and cheaply. I wasnt trying to "test" them but they passed with flying colors.

I called and asked for a best quote on a brake job. My mistake for trusting people since Reliable gave me a quote $74 more than Marvins on Ashland. So I took my car to Marvins. It pays to shop around as the saying goes...

Reliable auto shop was really reasonable, they gave me a price that was about two thirds of the price i was quoted from two other garages. I suggest you call them before any other auto mechanics.
