Here is my story. After having my car damaged over the winter time, I called Geico and told them about it. Mike who was very helpful that works for Geico came out to North Shore and reviewed the damage with taking pictures., I was not sure if they would be able to get my car back to the way it looked with the damage that happened to my car, but. After 4 to 5 days of work, I went back to pick it up and look over the damage that was fixed to the front of my car and was very happy to see that the car was like new again. I would highly tell you to use this body shop for any body or paint work needed done, they are nice people and have great customer service and the work done was very good as well. I have used them several times and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Honest & hardworking true craftsmen that understand the ins and outs of every car they work on. I highly recommend North Shore Auto Rebuilders. There are currently 2 generations of the family working there and I always have been able to discuss issues directly with them. They also have a state-of-the-art spray booth that most shops do not have- a huge plus if you want the paint on your car done right!

If you are looking for a great body shop, look no further. Great work, honest staff, professional and nice people. They are true craftsman who will fix your car to perfection. I have been going there for over 10 years and strongly recommend them for your Mercedes ro any other car...They are Mercedes certified, (1 of 2 in Chicago Metro area)
