I had very good experience with this auto shop. I need to replace the front bumper, left fender, left head lamp and a signal light on my Eclipse. After getting estimates from a dozen body shops in the west burbs and around China Town, I decided to choose from one of three shops, Metro was on my candidate list. They offered great pricing, but the negative reviews online tipped me off. I went back there and expressed my concern. They knew about it and seemed to be eager to improve the situation. On my way out, I saw their guys were repairing a Porsche. I said to myself if someone trusts them for a Porsche, what do I have to lose with my Eclipse. But the real reason was that they were the cheapest on my list and I need it because this repair wouldnt covered by my insurance. So I dropped off my car and went on vacation for 10 days, called them during vacation and they told me that everything was fine and that I could get my car on time. When I came back 10 days later, I was glad to see my car "recovered", it looked just like before the accident. With the price they charged, it was great. They even gave me a small bottle of paint for the scratches on my car. Anyway, I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend this place.

Best auto body shop in Illinois hands down. I had a 98 Mustang, 4.6 that was hit by a truck and I was quoted at $2800 for the repairs. I rode around looking for a better estimate and I found this place. He told me to get the parts and he would fix it for $250. I paid approximately $200 for the front drivers fender and the full bumper. Total = $450. Then the spoiler kit on my clk 430 was damaged. Used, it was $800 just for the kit without the installation. I was blessed to have someone GIVE me the exact spoiler - same color - for free. I took it down there without calling, and he took my car in, fixed it in about 4 hours and only charged me $180. Im going in next month to have my car buffed and the nicks cleaned up. He can charge me whatever he wants. Ive already been blessed just finding this place.

This auto shop is irresponsible, the owner is unbelievably rude and disrespectful and will run all over you if youre timid. This place will irresponsibly park your car on the street and will not pay for the damages and problems they cause even though they say they will. I ended up getting a 200$ PARKING TICKET because they parked my car on the street. Not only did the owner refused to pay for this ticket, he dismissed me at the first chance he got when a worker came by to talk to him. The owner waved his hand in dismissal IN FRONT OF MY FACE and pointed at a worker to let him talk. It was EXTREMELY disrespectful and humiliating. Cheap place but irresponsible and unreliable. I will NEVER come to this place to get my car fixed again. Cheap price for cheap quality and service and lots of headache.

Best in the Midwest!! Charlie and the guys--- their work is just phenomenal! Ive had my passenger side mirror knocked off, car hit on passenger side all while the car was in a parking lot. Whoever did it didnt bother leave their insurance info at least on windshield; probably thought because it was a 2000 Pontiac Gran Prix but my car was kept looking really nice,clean & polished. Well I took the car in and these guys made it look brand new!! Superb paint match. Dent (what dent?) You couldnt tell anything happened to the car even to a trained eye and fair price for the work done! I hope Metro never leaves Chicago. Just thrilled to know their business exists!

I took my friends Volvo SUV here because a front headlight and a rear parking light were out....they took care of me in 20 minutes and were extremely courteous. They also charged me $20 (I was anticipating a $30 charge). If I ever needed car repair and/or body work, I would definitely place this on the SHORT list of places to visit again.

i only go to this place - have for years. i trust this team will do a great job, they cost quite a bit less than anything downtown, they are very honest people. ive lived at three different places, never close to their shop, and yet its always worth the trip.
