Very honest and friendly service. They wont try to up sell you. Service cost is relatively cheaper than other shops in the area and prices will be discussed up front before services are rendered, so there are no surprises at the end. Theyre quick and even open late till 5am. Taxi and Lyft/Uber drivers get a special discount.

The owner is good guy, just one of employee attitude is awful, no hi, no listen, no answer, I always went there for small urgent repairs, but after that I wont recommend this place to all my friends. Do not go this place!!! Customer service is the key to success, the owner should know that, teach the employees how to talk.

Charged me $250 for a break job. It should have been $200. He did take me in at 5 PM and made calls right away to get the breaks. I was done in an hour. I will recommend to friends but might be back. Update, had a problem with my routers and they fixed it at no charge. Very cool!

Fixed my break pad for $45 each and brought my own breaks saving $$$ he too me at short notice and my car was done within an hour also he found a broken piece from me waiting so long to get them done, he replace the piece free charge I recommend everyone to come here, very happy

Will definitely be returning to Halsted Auto. Omair is very knowledgable and fair, helped me find the cheapest fix for my cars radiator a few weeks ago, and didnt charge me for a diagnostic on my cars A/C last night. Great service and amazing hours, highly recommend!

Dont ever come here. This place has the worst customer service on Earth. They are not nice this people are very mean and they dont do a good job at fixing are repairing. Again please be warned dont ever come here.

I bought my own parts and they put my break pads on for $45. He told me the rotors were still good, when he easily could have lied and installed them too.
