I used STS Electric to troubleshoot and repair multiple electrical issues and outages in my building I was having after a big lightning storm. I smelt something burning and called STS Electric on emergency. They were sending an electrician out the same night but I figured I would wait till the morning. Once the electricians arrived, they started tracing the wiring and found several sockets burnt and wiring charred. They also had an infrared thermometer equipment and found some of the walls were getting warm since wiring was heating up behind the wall… very scary. I had them do the repairs since the cost seemed reasonable and in line with what my neighbors have paid to do such work. They did and job and even cleaned up. Communication was excellent from the office manager to electricians. Everything about my experience with them was positive from the office staff, to the electricians. They were on time, courteous, and very friendly. Their prices were reasonable and their work is quality!! Id highly recommend them to everyone!

I worked with STS Electric and they did a fantastic job--one of the best contractors that I have had the pleasure of working with. I had them add recess lighting in my home and change out some of the old fixtures in our home and add some sconces. They got the work done fast and clean. Their plans were flawless and well executed. They finished on schedule and within the budget outlined in their estimate. I worked with Tony specifically, and he was really professional, always returned my calls, and made sure that the work was done to the best possible standard. Im quite pleased with the work that they have done. The lighting in our home is much more attractive now. My wife complained of headaches before we got the overhead lighting, and she says that the recess lighting has improved things for her since she doesnt have ceiling fans and bright lamps shining in her eyes all of the time. I would definitely hire this company again for future projects.

We had a power outage in 1/2 of our house, we searched the internet and found STS electrical, went ahead and called, spoke to their dispatch she was nice and very helpful, told them the situation and she advised us that a technician would be out to us in 60-90 minutes, the technician was on time and in uniform, John arrived on time and was respectful. He asked us what the problem was and we checked the breaker box he checked it and it was good so he wrote us up what he was going to do, we agreed, there was no pressure or issues he was honest and upfront, we agreed to the price and we agreed on what was going to happen. Got my electrical fixed; I would use them again and i would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

Had an emergency over the weekend at our building. Half of the power was out and elevator was not operating. This is an assisted living and it is important for all elevators, heating cooling system to be operational. Called our regular electricians at STS Electric and they were out within an hour. I had called the dispatch at 2:30a Sunday morning and the crew was at the building 3:20a. At first the supervisor John arrived and then the crew showed up. All power was restored within 8 1/2 hours and during this time they were able to provide with aux. power source. I can always count on STS Electricians. I would always recommend STS Electric to anyone who is looking for prompt service and fair pricing. Keep up the good work!!!

They called one half hour ahead of time to confirm time/date and arrived on time. They reviewed my electrical needs and explained what they would be doing and the cost to do the job. While doing the job, they answered any question that I had and asked if I wanted something one way or another when there was an option. Very pleased with the quality of work done and the integrity of the electricans! Will be calling them to come back again when I have another electrical issue in the future. Great job! John was the supervisor.

I had an appointment scheduled last Friday. STS never showed up. I called two hours after they were supposed to arrive and they said they would have someone call me back. That never happened. I called them Monday. It took me 5 calls to reach them. They apologized and said they could have someone come that day. That never happened either because they got too busy. Dont bother!
