My renters heat went out. It was 1 degree outside and it was 11:00am at night. I called several places for emergency service and Home Comfort was the only one who stepped up. They showed up around 2:00am and go the furnance running. The technician was EXTREMELY professional and kept me informed as the landlord even though I didnt have to be on site. The cost was $418.00 for an emergency call and to replace a flame sensor. I felt this was very high, but understand the increased cost for an emergency visit.
