Extremely displeased. Outrageous prices. Still doesnt make any sense how replacing one capacitor on my AC unit would cost over $550 including the $89 fee for onsite service). I was asked for a breakdown of the price, but didnt receive a clear answer. I was told that they charge a one flat fee +$500 for a $20 dollar capacitor. I was told that it was partly due to the full inspection of the AC unit. The mechanic completed everything in 10-15 mins?! He also tried putting in an oval shaped capacitor (we had a round cylinder shaped one)... Which didnt fit and called it done. Couldnt even tell me the cost of the capacitor cause "he got it from his car". At least I was able to find out what was wrong with my AC. Replaced it myself for $20. I paid the $89 dollar fee and refused service. I guess they didnt do anything wrong on their part, since I was unaware of their outrageous estimates. My first experience with HVAC... If other companies charge $500 for a capacitor ignore this post. I called one other company and they charged ~$200 (including onsite fee).

I called Topline when my furnace went out on a cold day and they responded immediately. They sent a technician out to my apartment in a hurry to fix it. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to respond to my request and come get the job done. The technicians were very polite and answered any question i proceeded to ask them. They were able to fix my furnace and get it up and running again so i wouldnt have to endure the cold weather to come. Steve was absolutely professional and polite throughout the whole ordeal. He also triple checked to make sure all my HVAC needs were being met and i truly appreciated his concern. I highly recommend Topline to anyone who needs a furnace fixed because they hold themselves to a high standard and perform with excellence. Thanks again!! Topline is #1!!!!!!

Topline service was outstanding! On the hottest day of the year, my air conditioner broke. I called 4 companies who said they couldnt send anyone out for 2 weeks. I called at 7:30am and a technician came out by 9:30 am. I had 3 trucks in front of my house within 2 hours. They stayed until the job was finished at 1:30am and did not charge me extra! The quote for the job was over one thousand dollars less than any other company. If you need air conditioning or heat repair, they are the only ones I would trust.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I called Topline to have the vents cleaned in our place and also to have the dryer vent cleaned out. They discovered that there was a break in the dryer vent pipe that explained why the brand new dryer was taking over 2 hours to dry 3 towels! They were able to get the dryer pipe fixed in the attic and now it takes less than an hour to dry almost anything! You guys are awesome! I totally refer my friends and family to you guys all the time! :)

Called Topline after we finished with remodeling our home to have our furnace ducts cleaned. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process and with Topline. They showed up within the timeframe that I was told, their technician was friendly and he cleaned up after he finished with his work. They also gave me great tips on maintaining our furnace and AC units. Thanks Topline, I will definitely use you guys again for all my HVAC needs.

We called Topline to clean our ducts and check both our furnaces. The work was done in a professional manner and we are very pleased with the results. We recommend Topline very highly. In early March my basement ended up flooding which ruined my water heater and furnace, I contacted a bunch of HVAC companies, but Topline was the first to answer and show up! They were really professional and knowledgeable! They began replacing my furnace as soon as I gave them the green light. The technicians were polite and very clean which I really appreciated! I honestly would recommend them to anyone out there!

We have had Topline out twice once for major furnace/AC replacement and also for a plumbing issue. Both experiences were wonderful. Repair person was knowledgeable and did a thorough job both times. We had duct cleaning service done at our home. The technician explained the process and was very professional. He put booties on to not dirty our floors and cleaned up after himself. He also explained technical information about our HVAC system without making it confusing -- and without up-selling anything. Overall, a great experience; would highly recommend.

We needed new boilers and a water heater quickly, and they were able to start installing them the next day. That was very helpful. We did have to call them out a couple of times to fix the installation, but they showed up promptly and things seem to being working well now. (Hence, the four stars instead of five.)

They also provided an indoor air quality analysis and suggested duct cleaning to help improve our system. They also provide Electrical and Plumbing services.

Decided to replace my 21 yo HVAC system. Reached out to multiple companies to get quote and went with topline. Others were either pricey or not a very good brand. Topline did a very good job of replacing the system with new Lennox system. I would highly recommend topline to anyone looking for HVAC help.
