Horrible. Called the gym the day before to touch bases with staff because I signed up online for a 7 day trial. When I arrived I noticed the door was locked. A key fob is used for entry. So I called numberous times and even knocked on the window. I was rather frustrated because patrons saw me but no one would open the door or at least inform staff. The gym looked really small and for $31 a month youd expect staff to at least watch the door. Im not the biggest fan of xsport but Ive never experienced anything like this. Currently driving down the street to xsport, excited that the doors will open.

Convenient never overcrowded an older crowd no high school kids. Plus theres never a foul odor. Like other gyms
