I still go to this gym but there was one occasion where I was charged $39 for an annual fee that I was never told about. I went that same day (morning crew) to talk to an employee there I dont know his name but he looked Hispanic or phillipino with short hair. I explained my situation to him and he told me that it was their duty to let their customers know about the terms of service and all that jazz & I told him that when I signed up I was never told anything about an annual fee or terms of service. The lady that signed me up just told me to sign that electronic device where you swipe your debit card and thats it she didnt even tell me that I could find the terms of service in my email. I was really considering talking to corporate to explain my situation because these employees are not doing their job. Really unprofessional & rude. Plus the middle toilet in the mens restroom is always out of order!

This was the only location I have been going to for the past 2-3 months. I was diagnosed with ringworm today and I spoke to Steve, the manager, to let him know. He told me that I must have gotten it from somewhere else and refused to give me the number to corporate. This guy always talks in a condescending tone, like youre wasting his time. The towels have yellow and brown streaks on them and there is never any soap in the bathrooms. I understand that there is a possibility to catch a bug at the gym but there are so many red flags that hint that this establishment is not up to par with their sanitation.

This is based on a few individual factors. 1, conveniently close to the Pulaski orange line ( easy to go before or after work or a trip to the city-say a quick without before taking your bike to ride by the lake or Beach?) 2, its literally right next to jewel so you could knock out a few errands or pick up a quick bottle. 3, close to home. 4, spacious and clean. 5, great price , 20 bucks for all locations pass and I can bring a guest. 6, good management and staff. 7, I only wish it was a bit bigger and had more equipment- but for the location and price its well worth it

The worst customer service ever. Got a flyer in mail for $1 dollar down and $10 dollars a month with a free month if you join on Tuesday. Went to sign up, but of course hidden fee of $39.95 for initiation fee! And that initiation fee of $39.95 is no where on the flyer. Very very sad. This is false advertising. Then the manger was in your face with yelling when i told him to honor the flyer. He of course told me to dam bad, and hit the road. Is anyone honest anymore?? Please BOYCOTT THIS PLACE. Just amazing that this place can get away with this stuff.

Got my wallet stolen in the locker room even when I had a lock. I went to go tell the manager just to let him know. He got pissed at me for whatever reason. I told him I wasnt even mad I was just letting him know he turned around and completely ignored me.rude and unprofessional.

Old Stuff For You

Dont suscribe to them they are thieves. They will lie and never let you out of a contract. Their collectors will hound you day and night trying to collect fictious bills. The personal are rude and discourtious. Very bad news.

One worker there that was extremley rude. And just flat out mean Hes a trainer i dont know his name but looks like hes irish which doesnt matter but i dont go to this location anymore just because of the rudness of that guy.
