Worst customer service ever. One of the workers refused to service me just because another worker had previously told me to go tape my box up. I got back in line and went to the next available rep but she told me I had to wait for the other rep. The other rep hadnt done anything for me, so it was a completely new process. She threatened to call security on me just because I was questioning why she didnt want to fulfill her job duties. I did not get the point of waiting in line for someone that was going to do the exact same thing any worker there could do. When I asked for her name she only gave me her first name. She didnt even have a badge on. No one there knew who their supervisor or manager was. They just looked at each other trying to figure out what to say. Their job is very simple but they cant even get it done efficiently. They should retire if they can no longer handle it!

I have lived in my building for 10 years and we have CONTINUALLY had problems with this post office. 1. The carriers repeatedly leave packages unattended in the lobby- even though there are TWO signs that state not to do that. 2. They repeatedly lose packages. 3. The "supervisors" are rude, unhelpful and appear to not care about any issues brought to them. I do not recommend this annex at all

Postal employees lied about delivering your mail. I was very disappointed that my priority package was scheduled for 3pm delivery on June 4th and the carrier said he came at 11:00 am and he left slip. I was home and so was the security in my building. There was nothing on my door, because everyone has to sign when there coming up to delivery packages. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Yes, so it is not an official post office...Doesnt matter to me. I would rather go here than the official post office up the street. The service is pretty good....I am in and out very quick when I come to drop off items. If you had gone to the post office in lincoln park market in the past, this is the same place.

The same two employees are always there, and always have been friendly. Ive mailed at least 50 packages from that location, and according to the tracking, they often take at least a day or two to simply leave the facility which is much slower than other locations I have mailed from.

No this is not a big post office which is why I love it. The same two people are always working and are always friendly and fast. There are only 2 registers and sometimes only one person working, but Id rather stand in a line there than deal with anyone at the normal post office!

Was perfectly fine with the short line and basic post office pricing around the holidays BUT they lost my package and it has yet to be returned to me! Triple check they properly give you tracking information before you hand over your package to them.

Terrible service, the lady at the counter does not have any idea of customers service, I dont know why USPS hire this kind of people, she doesnt have any manners. Rude Rude!

This is not a real Post Office. I sent my son a package here, General Delivery, and they lost it. They claimed they returned it to the sender, but it never returned.

Hours are incorrect. Opens at 9 am everyday, NOT 8 am.
