Ok my daughter just moved to Chicago a couple weeks ago. I get the phone call no Dad wants. My car broke down, now remind you this car has alot of miles on it but still has some life. She and her boyfriend go on Yelp and find Zepeda Auto repair. after reading the reviews decide to take the car there. I just got a call from David. #1 this doesnt happen very often. He explained in detail what the car needed. Not that he was saying we needed everything, he suggested,again that never happens. Well after discussing what we needed to do to make the car safe for my daughter to drive he got on it and she will have her wheels back today. We live in Michigan so my daughter will be driving home not alot but still making the trip. I feel she will be safe until we can get her a new ride. Thank you David and Zepeda team. You give me hope that there are still honest repair shops out there. I think you made a customer out of us.

This place is a couple of blocks from my house. I take my autos here when they need a repair or routine maintenance. Carlos the manager runs the place with his father. Hes very thorough in explanation of your repair and they do everything top notch. Ive never had to bring my car back for faulty work or parts. Their labor costs are pretty fair and in line with most other places and certainly lower than any dealership or franchise outfit. I will continue to bring my cars here for any repairs or routine maintenance because in this neighborhood there is none better. They are professional and dependable. Reliable every time.

I bought my Subaru in to Zepeda after moving to the neighborhood. For the prior 8 years or so Id used Ashland Tire and was nervous about trying another shop, hoping Id get similar quality service, honesty, reliability, and respect. Zepeda answered that call. I was given clear quotes, told what was necessary and what wasnt, and even had them tackle an issue with my trunk latch which ended up costing less than the estimate. Ive recommended them to multiple friends and will continue bringing my car here for as long I keep it.

TRUSTWORTHY! Excellent work. When dealing with cars and car repairs, thats what matters. Carlos and the crew have been my main mechanics since I bought my car in 2007. Theyre patient with my questions and have always done good work. I had been concerned that Carlos was stretched too thin in his role of managing the shop. But recently, David was brought on to help share Carlos duties. Its working out well. Ive recommended several friends to Zepeda Auto and will continue to.

Over the years I have always had complete professional service (they also service two other late model cars for me) coupled with fair pricing. These guys did an awesome job servicing my transmission, explaining the issues with photos and ran a full diagnostic on my truck at no extra charge. The diagnostic was also complete with photos of any problem areas. They were fair, thorough and professional. A class act all the way. Also, its the cleanest garage Ive ever seen.

The manager Carlos was very professional and nice. They fixed my car and did not leave any dirty marks like the other shops i went to. I think the price was fair, and the experience was pleasant and will definately go again.
