I cant imagine taking my car for service anywhere besides Wil-Ridge. Ive been a customer for close to 8 years now and have experienced tremendous customer service from John and his staff. Its refreshing to not be intimidated by experts in a field that I honestly know nothing about. Pricing is fair and throughly explained. They answer any questions I have with honesty and integrity. My girlfriend recently took her car to Wil-Ridge and from her opinion received better quality service and better staff interactions than she had at the dealership she purchased the car from. I have always recommended Wil-Ridge to anyone looking for a mechanic.

We had a team offsite today. We were asked at one point to describe an instance of great customer service. Honestly, Wil-Ridge popped into my head as the obvious example. They truly earn their customers trust and respect - every ounce of it. Were so lucky to have both Wil-Ridge and Lakeside Auto Rebuilders on Central, truly two of the finest examples of excellent customer service.

Good place to go if you want to pay more. I do not question their work or quality but do question their pricing. Will charge you manufacture list on all parts, you pay a full hourly rate, and they will squeeze. Still cheaper than a dealer but not a value compared to other reputable outlets. Please do not trust my recommendation alone but do your homework!

Great service, great response, great location, great employees, great manager. I have been a customer at Wil-Ridge for probably 20 years. I would not think of taking my vehicle anywhere else. I highly recommend Will-Ridge. John is upfront, honest and always explains things well. I feel as if he and Charlie do their very best to make sure I am satisfied with the service, cost, and whole experience. They have done excellent work on more than 5 cars of mine. They are the real deal when it comes to car repair.

We have been going to Will-Ridge since they opened their doors. We keep returning because they provide excellent service and are honest. What we like best is that they give good advice. They even told us to when get rid of our old car because it was no longer safe and was costing to much to repair.

Top notch, honest service and quality. This is what you are looking for in an independent mechanic. They are not the cheapest, but Wil-Ridge still provides excellent value on work done to your vehicle. There are no reasons to go back to the dealer if you can take your car here.

WIl-Ridge is a rarity in this day and age a service shop that actually takes care of its customers. I have dealt with many shops over the years and find the service consistently excellent and once a repair is done, its done. I would highly recommend John and his team!
