The folks at Golf Crawford Auto Service are some of the best in the business. Before I found Golf Crawford (at least 15 years ago) I spent a lot of time trying to find a mechanic that I felt I could trust to do a good job and be honest about what was needed. I found all that and more at Golf Crawford. They know their business and do it in a professional manner. The service from a customer satisfaction standpoint is outstanding as well.They are not happy until the customer is happy. Andy and the whole crew are dedicated to making sure that any job is done well. They use quality parts which is one reason that they are not the cheapest shop on the block. But I have found that their pricing is fair, the work is done well on the first try and, perhaps more importantly, they will tell me when something doesnt need to be done. I never have the feeling some procedure is being recommended because the rent is due. If they say it needs to be done you can count on it. Conventional wisdom says that on the highway look for a truck stop with lots of trucks in the lot. Chances are that the food is good and so is the service. The same is true at Golf Crawford. The parking area is nearly always full. That fact reflects a large and loyal customer base. My experience has been that the loyalty has been well and truly earned.

They spent an hour installing a non-exact fitting trailer hitch onto my truck (required heavy machinery to get it to fit right) and charged a piddly $50. I have specifically asked for my brakes to be fixed (because my car was vibrating), but they said the brake pads were still in fine shape, it just needed XYZ (no idea, dont understand car talk), and fixed my problem free of charge. Today my car was grinding through turns, once I explained the issue the guy asked me to stop by. He walked into the parking lot, refilled my steering fluid for me, and let me know to stop by if that didnt fix the problem. He didnt charge anything for the service. Its really a great shop, and I wish I lived closer.

Ive been doing business with Andy and the crew at Golf Crawford for many years. Ive had everything from small maintenance things to several engine replacements done. The work is top quality, no easy to find these days. The advice is even better saving money over many projects. Andy went to bat for me with Chrysler when they tried to stick me with a sunken valve seat in a brand new engine... he negotiated another new engine. Dont hesitate to use them, youll be glad you did.

Chris is great! We had brakes installed on my wifes Audi Q5 they did a great job and gave me a great price. We had an issue and he took care of it immediately without a question asked! Then a few months later my mother that lives across the street from the shop got stuck in her driveway during a winter storm. We called over for his help and he went pulled her out and cleaned her driveway! Hes a great guy and even better business man and would highly recommend his shop!

Called to make an appointment before stopping in and spoke with Chris who was super helpful and informative. He said that he would look into ordering the part needed for my car repair and he called me back quickly to let me know when it will arrive so I could bring my car in. When I arrived for the appointment, Chris was there to greet me and offered refreshments. Very pleasant to converse with and I was out of there within an hour. Definitely going back in the future.

I have a 2012 Sprinter diesel truck for my service business and Chris always takes care of the work in an efficient manner at an extremely fair price. Ive taken this vehicle to the dealer in the past and it costs twice as much and double the time to perform service on the truck. Chris and his team are the best! Very expensive, this place charge for diagnosis even they perform the total job. They use after market parts and the price they charge more than even genuine parts. I will not recommend this shop to any one unless you got hell of money and dont care to pay them.
