HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE My radio was stolen out of my Mercedes on their watch. Owner acted as there were no concerns after spending almost $600.00 with this business prior week. I have come to this business to service my other vehicle for about a year. I wont return. I would rather pay more somewhere else. I live in what people consider an unsafe area but never was my radio stolen out of my Mercedes. The business says they have no cameras. How convenient. Anyone who goes to the place cant help but notice Country Club Hills Police parked by the theater with a clean and clear view of this lot. Dont trust these people. Who in their right mind would leave keys in a car with it unlocked. INCOMPETENT.

Heres what they do. They fix your car and then give you a two-fold warranty; number of miles or time-in-use. The mileage is so low that you end up driving the car past the mileage before the time-in-use ever gets near. When you call and say the repair is no longer working and it was only 3 months ago, they ask how many miles have you driven. Then immediately tell you that even though you have lots of time left youve exceeded the 3000 mile threshold. Youre sunk. Just a ploy so they rarely ever have to stand by the warranty.

Dont take your car to this place because they are fraudsters! I had a radiator that was leaking in my 2010 Toyota Corolla, a replacement radiator cost just 75 dollars throw in another 150 for labour thats just 225 dollars, these crooks charged me 623 dollars!!! Thankfully I smartly asked and declined their service and left. I fixed it somewhere else for 200 dollars!!! Avoid these crooks called Merlin at all costs!!!!
