Excellent buying experience for my Wife and I during the purchase of a new 2016 RAV 4 AWD in September of 2016 from Sales & Leasing Consultant Eugenio "Gino" Gil at Orland Toyota. Gino was a true professional through and through. Gino knows the Toyota product, and calmly answers questions regarding options, features, costs, benefits, etc. Gino saw to it that the RAV4 would be a great long term fit for our family and explained the benefits & features of the RAV4. Gino treats his clients with respect, courtesy, professionalism, and goes to great lengths to make sure his clients are happy. Fantastic job Gino! Thank You for the excellent service. Orland Toyota continues to grow because the Kowalis family for decades treats their past clients with respect, as well as valuing business relationships and referrals that help a small business grow organically. Having a top notch award winning service department is critical to repeat business; please continue reading. Over the years: I’ve owed various domestic and import brands, kept some vehicles as long as 17 years; spent 9 years in the Automotive Service Industry as an Assistant Service Manager / Team Service Manager, and Service Writer, as well as all or parts of 17 years in mortgage lending, with 14 full years as Mortgage Loan Officer. My Wife has 18+ years of Mortgage Underwriting Experience; we both know the ins & outs and tricks of the trades of car dealers, service departments, mortgage bankers, finance, payments, and interest rates. There was no trickery at Orland Toyota. Everything was honest and up front. Additionally I want to add that Finance Manager Ali Zayyad worked with us to get the best deal possible. Ali is also a first class guy, knows the finance business & Toyota product really well, and like Gino makes sure his clients are happy. Very Nice job Ali! Gino & Ali definitely are true professionals. Both Gino & Ali stayed humble throughout the process, and knew the ins & outs from start to finish which was greatly appreciated. We keep our vehicles a very long time and would definitely buy from Orland Toyota again. We hope that Orland Toyota keeps Gino Gil and Ali Zayyad around for many decades into the future. :-) If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go see Sales & Leasing Consultant: Eugenio “Gino” Gil at Orland Toyota; you will be very happy you did. Then have Gino walk you over to see Finance Manager: Ali Zayyad at Orland Toyota. You will be glad you did. Gino & Ali were a pleasure to purchase & finance a vehicle from. Great Sales, Great Financing, Great Client Service, and a Great Service Department at Orland Toyota: This is a win-win-win-win for the customer / consumer /clients. Thank You again Eugenio “Gino” Gil! Keep up the excellent work Gino; your integrity before, during, and after the purchase speaks volumes. Continued success to you Mr. Gil, and continued success to all your colleagues at Orland Toyota. Well done!! 5 stars across the board.

After owning my Chevy Impala for many years, my wife finally convinced me to consider replacing my next car with a Toyota Camry after her good experience with her 1999 Toyota Camry, which had lasted her for many years. I came to this dealership as it was close to my home and I was impressed with the 2011 Camry XLE that the salesman had showed me, I decided to purchase and was satisfied. A few months later my wife decided it was time to trade in her 1999 Camry, as it had seen better days. She went back to this dealership since my first experience was great, but unfortunately it has been a HORRIBLE experience for her. She worked with Paul, and he showed her a 2011 Hybrid Camry, which was APPARENTLY Certified and she instantly fell in love with the vehicle. It had everything that she wanted and because it was APPARENTLY Certified, she trusted them. Paul and the dealership had assured my wife that everything worked and if not the dealership would correct whatever issues that would occur. That is when she purchased the vehicle with the warranty! We quickly learned that we had made a mistake purchasing the vehicle at this dealership and have only experienced problem after problem. Problem #1- We were given one set of keys and never a spare. When we asked about a second pair which typically is given when you purchase a vehicle. They wanted to charge $300 for them. Problem #2- Radio volume didn’t work and they had sold the vehicle with the feature of having a built in GPS system/Radio. They offered to change out the radio because of the volume control issues and replaced it with an older version radio that was not connected to any of the controls on the steering wheel of the vehicle. And completely took out the GPS SYSTEM. Now all the controls on the steering wheel that were meant to make it convenient and a sale feature for this vehicle have become pointless and are there for no functions at all. Problem #3 – An after market problem with the vehicle was the gas tank. Which was not allowing any flow of incoming gas. And had forced my wife to stand in the bitter cold and gas up the car in small increments. We reported to the dealership the problem and we only received attitude and the same response. “ We’re not in the business of replacing aftermarket options with original equipment. “ THIS IS A CERTIFIED VEHICLE? This is a poorly run dealership and we are completely unsatisfied with how we have been blinded by lies of this “Certified Vehicle.” I have purchased three cars from this dealership, two 2011s in less then a year! And I guarantee you, I WON’T EVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE!!! I would never recommend this dealership to family or any friend. Their definition of a certified car appears to be, “as long as the car can start.”

Extremely disrespectful people. I came to buy a 2007 Subaru impreza WRX STI, and the sales manager refused to sell it to me. First of all I was lied to. From the beginning I was told I could simply not test drive the car due to my age. I am nineteen as of writing this. The salesman then told me after my credit report was ran I could test drive the car. After running my credit report the sales manager came outside to look at my van which I was going to trade in as a down payment. All he told me was "I highly doubt youre going to get approved". This was said without calling any banks to find me a loan. Then he refused to let me test drive the STI even though they ran my credit check. For the record my credit score is 664. Which I had to call about to get after I left the dealership. The sales team decided not to disclose my credit score to me for reasons unknown. The van on Kelly blue book is worth roughly $9,000. Considering the car was about $25,000 or so I would say I qualify as a serious buyer. He then proceeded to make a complete fool of himself and his dealerships reputation. He told me I was told I would get a test drive until after showing the title to my van. This makes him a liar because inside the dealership I was told all I needed to test drive the car was my credit check. Even that was unnecessary, however, I filled one out anyway to make them feel comfortable out of my own kindness. I would have gladly brought the title back if I at least drove the car and liked it. Who would not want to test drive a $25,000 car, or maybe im just crazy. This lack of trust in the customer is something that is highly un-professional coming from a true professionals point of view. I am also a sales consultant at Toyota in Naperville. The manager then proceeded to make an even bigger fool of himself if that is even possible by threatening to call my boss as if I was going to be fired from my job if I said anything. I will be posting this review on several websites. Not all Toyota dealerships are this bad, but the one in Orland outright sucks. I would never recommend you, your kids, your wife, or your enemies to buy from this place. Yeah it was really that bad. No honor, no integrity, and they definitely will never be seeing me there again.
