I had a nail in my tire. I took my car to this Firestone and they probably could have repaired the tire. The nail was close to the wall, so it was probably a close call, but either way, they said I needed a new tire. Ok, fine. So I got a $116 tire (they didnt even have the brand my car--a Focus, a common car--has on the other three in stock). There was not much of a long wait for the tire to be put on, but when they pulled out my car, the tire looked horrible. There was dust and grease and grime on it. It looked as if it were stolen off a car parked in a gravel lot. After paying $116 and choosing their store over the others in the area, a customer should expect the tire should look good! I was pretty shocked but politely asked if someone could clean it up. The cashier I asked (who had neither installed or cleaned the tire) snapped, "Yes, Maam," at me sarcastically and grabbed my keys. (I have no idea why he took my keys because they had already pulled out my car and given them back to me at this point.) He took his time getting someone out there. The guy cleaning the tires did fine and everything, but I sent in the friend I brought along to ask where my keys went and my friend was given attitude by this person. Neither my friend or I are pushy or rude people so this customer service was pretty shocking and hurtful.

Left the interior of my truck full of grease/oil. The tech pretended to clean it after I complained, but the manager ended up having to come out and do it himself. This wasnt just a smudge. My door panel, steering wheel, fabric seat, and center seat all have grease/oil on them. I never even got an apology. I will never be back.

SCAM ARTISTS AT WORK HERE! They charged me for services I did not ask for and I did not need. They will scam you into paying more any way they can. Nitrogen to fill the tires? I watched as they used the same air hose to inflate the tires as they use with the air tools. IF YOU GOT MONEY TO BURN, THIS IS THE PLACE IS FOR YOU.

The place is not so good and they charge you way high for everything. Also, because I wasnt planning to get the repair done they didnt give my car back to me for a lot of time though I asked them in the start that I might not get the repair done from them. I just paid for the diagnostic and expected them to do just that.

Horrible , I got a new tire in Aug now im in nov getting the other three but they tried selling me four tires. I hade to tell him three times , But he still tried giving me a price for four and not telling me so I would replace a new tire . Becarful they will try to scam you !

I love coming to Firestone I always get excellent customer service and quality work on my car but whats the point of making an appointment when the wait is an hour and a half to two hours, its ridiculous.

There honest and straight shooters. Been bringing my car here for over 12 years. Im not a mechanic by no means. If something is a simple fix, they wont try and overcharge. Theyre straightforward.
