I had recently gotten into a car accident and needed a new car fast, so I started searching around for a car I had always wanted, a Cadillac CTS. I found the EXACT car I wanted (color, options, etc) at Rizza in Tinley Park. I live up near Tomah WI so it was quite a drive, but it was worth it to get the car I wanted, in fact, the only trepidation I had was due to the ridiculous 0/3 review from the person who apparently was offended that their salesman wore a tie instead of a polo shirt. Just goes to show you cant believe everything you read! When I arrived there Cody was there waiting to show me the car and let me take it for a test drive. Andrew helped guide me in to their location after the 5 hours I spent on the road to get there frazzled my brain, and Rawan was incredibly polite and helpful supporting me throughout the process as well. I have to say I was supremely impressed with all aspects of the purchase and would recommend this group to any friends or family who were interested in getting an exceptionally nice car with support from a friendly staff. I did have one slight problem with titling, (not Rizzas fault) and even then Julia in the titling department took care of the whole thing for me, and they were happy to do it! There was no pressure and nothing but openness and friendliness from the entire Rizza team! If it was up to my girlfriend I would be back there today to purchase ANOTHER Cadillac, and I fully plan on doing that! (But not for a little bit, she can be jealous for a bit!)

I visited Rizza GMC three times over the past two weeks. Trying to purchase a used vehicle. The car sales staff/managers were uncooperative with budging off the sticker price for the vehicle. I was offered a higher amount for my trade in by one of the sales managers the second time I visited the dealership. Only to be offered a lower price for my trade in by the head sales manager the third and final time I visited. When the head sales manager confronted the other sales manager about the price of my trade in. He blatantly lied and said I do not remember agreeing on that price. It was then explained to me by the head sales manager that the other sales manager was new in his position and that he could not honor his price for the trade in. Which was a bunch of BS! I eventually was able to get the head sales manager to agree on my original higher offer price for my trade in. However he would still not budge on the sticker price for the vehicle. I ended up walking out and buying a new vehicle at another GMC dealership cheaper than what Rizzas sticker price is on a used vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Dont waste your time with this dealership. They have shady business practices and would sell their mothers down the river to make a buck.

This place is really rough to do business with. The salesman dont pay attention to you unless THEY think you are buying a car. Maybe it was my age or the way I was dressed, but they didnt give me much attention. Ironically I lease a new car every 18 months, (either mine or my wife). The guy who calls the bank for the loan takes forever, the salesman and the manager go back and forth...finally over 3.5 hours later I am driving home. Fast forward 3 years, now that it is time to turn in my leased vehicle, and they have been calling me, texting me, sending me letters in the mail and emails, harassing me to lease a new car with them. One of their sales people leaves me voicemails several times a week, sends me long text messages. This all started several months before the lease was even up! I finally call and tell them to put me on the "do not call" list, but who calls me twice later that day? **** from Rizza GMC. Talk about high pressure sales, this place will drive you crazy selling you a car. While dealing with these harassing calls, I bought my wife a $45,000 SUV from Phillips Chervolet, now that place has excellent service!

I was there today to inquire about a 2017 Cadillac XTS "Sam" a sales rep was pretty honest and polite about all questions I had. I just wanted to look at my options and other alternatives that I would have as I am going in with a Co-Signer...a few hours after I left a sales manager, Im not sure what his name was, was pretty nice and polite at first but after I told him that my credit wasnt so good and that I was coming in with a co-signed his mood changed, telling me that my credit wont be at all impacted if they ran my credit today, and I explained that my co-signed wouldnt be ready to co-sign until late April he said "well your calling to buy a car but dont want your credit checked". I only wanted to know my options and etc. Then he said well just let me know when youre ready... I believe everyone there is nice and professional for the most part, I just didnt like that I felt the sales manager had an attitude in a way... great beautiful cars though. I will definetly still but a 2017 Cadillac XTS just not from Tinley, Im going to River Oaks...

Horrible, just horrible. My very first visit to this location, went for service. Was advised I must have an appointment and was 2-weeks back logged. Not happy with that, but decided to move forward and schedule an appointment. Attempt to call 1-day before my scheduled appointment, could not reach any service advisers to confirm my appointment, I left 3-voice messages, no one ever return my call until the day "of" my appointment. She confirmed "I HAD" an appointment and missed it....long did she know, my vehicle was already there. I dropped it off the night before. :-( I taken my vehicle in for a list of things on the recall list and a possible oil leak. They service the recalls, charged me for a new battery, installation? shop fee? and usage of their tools? WHO DOES THAT - #UNBELIEVABLE. Oh, I failed to mention, they never check for the oil leak. When I asked why, the service adviser response was, "they didnt have time", too many other appointments. I will never take my car back here or recommend this place. Its the Pitts!

By far the worst dealership Ive ever had to deal with! First, beware of their CPO cars! BE SURE and have them give you a carfax on the vehicle (still no guarantee) and also check the car THOROUGHLY! The trick now is that damaged vehicles info dont get recorded or put on the carfax immediately so you may be buying a car that shows a clean carfax but has been damaged. Ask the service department for the service records on a CPO vehicle youre thinking of buying. This record is MUCH MORE accurate than carfax. Also make sure you get a copy of the CPO inspection done on that car. If they refuse, WALK OUT. Second, this dealer is giving me the run around on getting my gap insurance cancelled. Im sure this is not these guys first rodeo on cancelling gap insurance but no one wants to do work. My advice: find another Buick, cadillac dealer. Trust me, there is better out there!
