Had lower control arms installed price was right and service outstanding even went to dealership to get a bolt that was needed to finish job . this place has ben here since 1981 and is a staple of the southwest side as much as Dukes is down the street stop in and get price that are good guys that do amazing work and at a fair price . I am VERY choose ey about who works on my car thies guys are the best .thank you

Rachael Stelk-See: Wonderful service!!! Truck broke down on Christmas night and we were 3 hours away from home. We had the truck towed to the shop and they began working on it immediately the next day and replaced multiple belts and pullies within hours and had us on the road after lunch!!!! Prices reasonable!!!! Best repair service ever!

Managed to turn a couple hundred dollar ignition issue into a $1,000 repair, while holding my car for several days. Typical slummy far south side mechanic. Huge trend here in the far suburbs. Avoid. Theres a couple good repair spots on SW Highway in Oak Lawn. The Meineke and Star Auto. Go there and deal with actual professionals.

Seriously over priced and if you question the integrity of their work they will get aggressive even over the phone. Had a fuel pump replaced and leaks everywhere because of the work with a dismissal of it not being their fault when something failed on new parts being installed incorrectly.

Service was ok....starting to hear noise under hood of car and sounds like a belt or the pulley which my car never made that sound before letting them fix my balljoint and axle. Just seems odd im hearing this noise all the sudden after leaving the shop. Hope no foul play was involved.

I was under the assumption that I needed several suspension parts, as told to me by 2 other mechanic places. I got here he said those parts are still good. And only replaced what was actually wrong with it. I trust there word. Not too many places like this around any longer

They tell you exactly whats wrong with your car and dont suggest additional things wrong with your car (just to make more money off of the repair.) They are a small business thats honest and loyal to their customers.

Always satisfied with their service,and how they explain the repairs made. Wally and Roger are always friendly and courteous. Great to do business them. Never worried about being ripped off, or over charged.
