I actually give them 0....My girlfriend took her f10 BMW for tire change and they installed new tired but never reset the TPMS sensor. They claimed they did and the light will turn off after driving for 15 minutes,which is not true they dont just turn off. Went back the 2nd time and the girl working at the front desk stated that she doesnt know how to reset it and that it is weird that they told us to drive off with the light on.. THESE GUYS ARE A WASTE OF TIME no mechanical experience. If you have a high end car STAY AWAY ITS A HEADACHE.

While traveling from MI to MN we experienced a flat tire...as luck would have it, this Firestone store was right near the highway....as I had just put 4 new tires on my 2014 Fusion a day prior to our trip to Mayo Clinic I wasnt expecting any issues. The tire could not be repaired and no replacement on site....the store manager was awesome and found a matching tire available at a store in North Chicago....within 2 hours we were back on the road and I couldnt be more pleased with how this manager handled everything from start to finish!!

I went to this firestone after my car started clunking. They gave me a free inspection and told me I needed to replace the front sway bar, control arms, and I needed a brake job among other things. They quoted me $1,600 for parts and labor. I thought that was a little high and frankly out of my price range. I got a second opinion and was surprised to find out that all I needed was a $10 bushing kit. I saved $1,590 by going somewhere else. I recommend you do the same.

For someone like me who doesnt know a thing about cars, this place was very patient and explained in great detail what was being done. Raoul, Gustavo, and Miguel were extremely helpful and did great work. Its good to see young people with initiative who take pride in their work. They worked with me to get every available discount to get my Jeep back up and running in less then 24 hours. Great staff. Very attentive. Will come back.

Great repairs BUT the prices on the parts and the labor are just too astronomical. I am looking to go to other repair shops in the future after this last visit. I even ended up doing one of the repairs myself for under 100 dollars including my time and the parts that they had quoted for 398 dollars for labor and parts. I would of had them do it if it was about 200 or so but sheesh that was too crazy for replacing radiator hoses.

I am not from Chicago and I sustained a flat tire that required total replacement. I called at 4 pm and got there at around 4:30. My tire was changed by 6 oclock and I was back on the road. I gave them less than thirty minutes notice and the job was done quickly and at a decent cost. They saved me from having to stay overnight in a hotel to wait for a fix. I highly recommend these guys for their friendly and quick service.

This place is a total rip off. Pirchased full set of tires from them and when I came in to have brakes done. They tried to gouge me with pricing and extras. Was able to purchase the same parts from a vendor that they use and the service manager would not install them stating store policy not to use outside parts. Parts came from one of their vendors.

Purchased two tires and the idiot mechanic put regular size and low profile tires on the back. I wanted all the tires to match the regular size tires on before. This place is a long wait, dropped my car off at 9:30 AM they said it would be ready at 11:00AM. Its 1:00 PM and my car is not ready. Awful service, go to Pep Boys or Just Tires.

There ok But they always find something else wrong. Then you get the Firestone credit. Yeah right. Their very close with their pricing with other auto shops. So I cant really complain. There only 5 minutes from home so we use them. I think the customer service is a 3. But I am very picky.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I made an appointment to purchase and install specific tires online, Firestone confirmed the appointment and said they had the tires in stock but when I got to the store the only tires available cost twice as much. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be back.

Horrible Customer Service experience!!! Asked about purchasing tires and rims and was told by the young inexperienced lady behind the counter, they dont give prices on weekends! Guess I will take my money else where and suggest others do the same!!!

lack of technical knowledge and real management. KIDs work in front and Kids are technicians, zero zero automotive training!!! alignment made with loose suspension parts because it is not their job ??????? all is customers fault ! Be careful !

Fat little hispanic guy with glasses said I need 4 new tires on my car. He said I had 3 punctures in my tire, LIAR! I took my car elsewhere and it turns out it was just 1. These guys are probably get a commission. Buncheck of thieving liars.

Minus ten stars!!!!! Dont leave anything want to keep in your car. I didnt see anybody take my item but I know it was there when I dropped my car off and it wasnt there when I picked my car up. Dont go to this Firestone.

Called this firestone and asked about a tire change that I have a replacement warranty on. I was quoted $110 but wasnt able to bring the car in as it was close to 6PM. I am now at another Firestone and paying $44

Miguel was of great help. I got my corvette stingray 2015 summer tires replaced with winter tires that I ordered in-store....and Miguel even offered to have the summer tires delivered to my house when they can.
