Called for a used power supply. Had called 3 other places, one of which was very rude. Staff at Griffin was very polite, took the time to find out wear I needed. Even searched the back, and tested one he found while I was on the phone. Taking the time to help, and not seem like I was an inconvenience since I wasnt looking to spend big dollars goes a long way in my book. Shop was very clean, and well decorated. Staff was as friendly in person as on phone. Location is ok, but not ideal. We all know parking on 1st Street is sometimes problematic.

Griffin computers is a great little computer repair spot in dixon. Its run by a lovely couple who knows what they are doing when it comes to pcs, macs, and customer service. Every time ive dealt with them they have been great on price and very fast with turnaround time. I love their place and even living out of town now i still only go through them with fixes. Nothing like a small business that truly cares for its customers.

I wish that I could give a better rating like the others. I loved that it was a family business and wanted to so give our support. But sorry to say we had a dishonest experience. We had two incidents. One we were told it would cost $140 to fix our laptop and that it wasnt under warranty. Only to find out that it was. The other is to long to explain.

Nick Griffin came to my house and "blessed" my computer and it runs like a dream. I would recommend them to anybody. The prices are competitive and the workmanship is the best I have ever seen. Way better than the people at Staples and all other local computer shops. I will definitely call Nick Griffin for all my computer repair needs!
