Dont take your phone or laptop anywhere else! Seriously. These guys are incredibly polite and professional and they work quickly and diligently to get you great service at an unbeatable price. They understand your busy schedule and KNOW that you dont want to blow superfluous money on repairs for the products you rely on most. Ive had chronic issues with destroying the screens of my phones. I swear I purchase a new iPhone and dump it out of my lap getting out the car upon arrival home from the store. Fixit gets the job done SO fast and theyre located right in the hub of Metairies finest attractions! In the time it takes to pick up a bolt of fabric at Joanns, grab a struggle lunch at Popeyes, or go to Chase to replace the debit card I lost the night before, my phone is restored to beautiful, immaculate condition! PLUS. In lieu of further destruction, Ive been turned on to their amazing glass screen protectors! For just $15 and about 2 minutes, theyll peel the old shattered one right off and stick on a new, glassy shield! AMAZING. The integrity of my phone is indestructibly in tact and a visit to Fixit means Im ready to party. ALSO. Theyre magic MacBook whispers. I brought my tired, old, slow Mac in and, within days, she was running like new! They installed an amazing operating platform and cleaned up all the stuff clogging the gears and fixed issues I didnt even recognize I had had! GOOD LUCK with the Apple Store doing that! In short, if you have a technological need, Fixit is the place to be! :)

I cracked my iPhone 6 screen last Monday and decided that Id bring it to the Apple store. The store was jam packed and couldnt fit me in, so I had to schedule an appointment to for Thursday. On Thursday I went back to the Apple store on my lunch break and they were just as packed as before. The guy in the front checked me in and sat me down at the table in the front, where I wait for nearly an hour before I have to go back to work. On the way home from work, I saw a sign for Fixit iPhone Repair, so decided to try them out instead. They dont require an appointment and dont charge anything until after your phone is fixed, which is nice. I was able to drop off my phone, run a couple errands, and pick it up about 2 hours later. My phone looks like new and their prices are very reasonable. I will be recommending Fixit to my friends.

Took my iPhone here because the power button stopped working. They did a good job of fixing the power button. This is where the nightmare begins. Upon receiving my "fixed" phone the tech told me I needed to go home and restore it. OK. Got home, tried to restore it and kept getting an error message saying "this iPhone can not be restored". Brought it back to FixIt where they told me my phone was locked up and attributed it to a "hardware problem". I asked for my money back but was told I wouldnt receive a full refund because of a "diagnostic fee". A diagnostic fee? I came in and told YOU what the problem was! There was no diagnosing. Anyways, turns out they turned my phone into a useless brick. Had to buy a brand new phone thanks to these guys. BEWARE.

Fixit Repair is the best! Went in today for a screen replacement because my screen was popping open. At first they said itd be $119.00 because it wasnt covered in my lifetime warranty. Then they said their tech guys would take a quick look at it and when he came back he said the battery was expanded which is what caused the screen to pop out so they would only charge me a little over $50 for a new battery and then they would replace the screen for free. I later came by to pick up my phone and they told me the screen replacement and new battery were both free! Just wanted to share this because I never received better customer service than this!

I had a great experience here. I cracked the screen on my MacBook Pro. The Apple Store told me I had to wait 6 days for an appointment, and wouldnt give me a price quote even though I could identify the specific repair. Called Fixit, got a quote over the phone and dropped it off. Both girls that I spoke with at the counter were very friendly. Expected repair time was 2-3 days, but I received a call saying my laptop was done within 3-4 hours! Glad I found this place. Thank you!

This place is so cool. :) My little brother dropped and shattered my iphone in Sammys restaurant yesterday and the waitress told me to go next door to get it fixed. So I went next door to Fixit and they said they could fix my iphone for 100 dollars, so I let them. Before I was even done eating at Sammys, they came and got me to tell me it was ready. That was only like 30 minutes. It looks soooooo pretty. They do good work. :)

Got my phone screen replaced here. I have gotten repairs here before. Very, very professional. Simple, quick etc. I like the fact you pay when you pick up. That being said, the front camera area on this knock off screen is trash. Snapchat wont detect my face in any low light anymore. Also, the quality when zooming is noticeably worse. Good service, but you guys should switch your supplier! /s

My wifes iPhone was erratically charging. I called the Apple store in Lakeside Mall. We were advised to make an appointment in one week to have the problem evaluated. We went to "Fix It" phone repair. We walked in without an appointment. The tech looked at the phone and blew out the lint in the charging receptacle. NO CHARGE. The phone has been charging perfectly for the last month.

I cracked my iPhone 6 so bad I couldnt even slide it to unlock it. I was frantically looking for a place to fix my phone on a Sunday and I finally stumbled upon Fixit right before they closed. The guy told me he would fix my phone before they closed and he had my phone ready in less than 30 min. I was extremely satisfied, if I ever have the same problem I will for sure be back!

My computer was really slow and needed to be fixed. My friend recommended Fixit Metairie. I LOVE THEM! My computer is so much faster and they are so reasonably priced! Beyond that, the customer service was amazing. Theyre so nice and really honest! I usually dont write reviews but i just had to give them their props. I wont take my computers anywhere else.

Uncommon honesty. Just went into the store for a problem with my charging port on my iphone. The technician took the phone to the back. He returned in a few minutes and explained that he removed lint from the port and it was working fine. They refused to charge me! I highly recommend this business!

Best Buy told me I needed to ship my laptop off and I wouldnt have it for TWO WEEKS! When I brought it in to these guys they helped me get up and running in just a few days AND it was cheaper than geek squad. Based on that, when my phone broke they were the first place I called.
