I was working at Tutor Time Learning Center for 3 months and a month after I start it my son started at 7 months and the infant room and ONE of the infant teachers told me that she was not going to apply diaper cream on my son when I asked her to apply on him because he kept having a rash coming back which a week before he started he had a yeast infection so I already knew what he had but I was telling her if she can apply the Desitin cream and she refused telling me that I needed a doctors note prescription and she was not going to apply the Desitin on my son and sat down on the floor and looked at me... As a mother that really made me feel uncomfortable leaving my son in the room with her regardless if i a employee there Im still a mother when I walk in that room and I deserve respect and thats not it a month after this incident happened I told the director about what happened why I feel uncomfortable with my son being in the in the infant room and the assistant director is apparently really close friends with this employer infant teacher she even hangs out with her on lunch breaks and the main director DID NOT KNOW about this incident with what the infant teacher said to me about my sons rash but the assistant director DID know about the incident but she did not report to the director about the cituation because she is close friends with the infant teacher this whole situation baffles me I dont feel like the infant teacher was treating my son properly I always felt like I had to check on him every day every lunch break because I felt like this lady was not nurturing or loving towards my son and especially when I felt that she had a problem with me it totally made me feel uncomfortable leaving my son everyday with her in the room I took my son out immediately after I saw assistant director gossiping about another employer to another employee this place was not home for my son and myselfff as a coworker did not feel right my intuition as a mother I knew I had to get my son out of this daycare and I knew I had to leave this job and get another one!

My soon to be three year old son, has been attending Tutor Time in E Dundee for almost two years now and my 7 month old son recently just started few months ago. It is never easy for me to leave my boys but I know that theyre in the best place where they can be at (other then home) . It is never easy dropping off my boys but when I know theres nothing for me to worry when I pick up my oldest son and he tells me wants to stay a little longer. The teachers at Tutor Time have potty trained my oldest son within a week! I was so surprised and pretty happy about that, that only shows how much attention they put into every kid. Now like I said I recently just put my baby into Tutor Time. It was NOT EASY for me to leave him the first day but his teachers reassured me that he was going to be fine. The one thing that I really like about Tutor Time is time they take into making pictures, arts and crafts with my boys and other kids and they take it home. The staff is very friendly, very understanding of every family. I wouldnt take my kids no where else.

East Dundee Tutor Time is an excellent and friendly establishment. The staff and teachers are very welcoming and nice. I never worry about my son while he is there because I know everyone here genuinely care about him. The teachers always communicate with me about my son clearly and with sincere compassion. Its always super clean and organized. They have wonderful resources for the children to learn and experience their full potential in academics, creativity and fun. I am so happy I found them and I highly recommend sending your children here during the day.

My child Dylan was in the tutor time program in East Dundee. We loved it. Unfortunately due to family situations we were unable to keep him there. The administration was so understanding and so helpful to my family and my son. Ms. Tara and Ms. Carolann were my sons teachers and even though he was having a hard time adjusting the two of them never gave up on him. Without question the teachers and support staff are wonderful. I thank Ms. Jackie and Ms. Kim for trying to help me make the best choices for my son.

Very friendly staff. We havent had the problems that we have encountered at other places. Our son looks forward to riding the tutor time bus from school back to tutor time every day. Summer camp has been so much fun for him too.
