Teachers there are awesome! Unfortunately the director of the center is horrible. I never had any problems with the center until she started about a year ago. I wrote a letter to voice my concerns and ever since then she had it out for me. Long story short, she ended up canceling our day care service on a Monday morning on my way to work because I did not understand why I she wanted me to purchase another cot cover for my child. We already had one and I was actually caring it in my hands when she confronted me about it when I was attempting to drop off my child. I was left with no where to take my child on a day I had to open up at work. She did not want to listen and had no concern for me or my child.

Mini Steps is like a second home to my family and I. My children wake up and look forward to going to daycare to be with their teachers. All the teachers are nice, welcoming, and understanding. The director goes over and beyond for the families. When ever I need something or have questions she always make it a priority to get the answer or get me what I need. My children have really blossomed here within this past three years. The daycare is clean, organized and clutter free. I also love the Tadpole system that they have to keep me up to date on a daily about my children. I would recommend Mini Steps to anyone! Keep up the good work Mini Steps!!

My daughter been attending this daycare for about a year now. She really love coming to this daycare, and this is the only daycare I feel safe with my child compare to others... They help my daughter with homework and a lot of other educational tools. I also, have a niece and nephew attend and they love this daycare as well. My nephew is 4 now, but start when he was 3 and never said, to many words. Now, that he attend this daycare, his vocabulary has expanded a lot along with him opening up more, now to others.... The staff is great and very friendly! You would not regret having your child attend this daycare.

I was always hesitant about Moving my Boys to another school because they would leave there friends and nervous I wouldnt like it. This daycare was one of the best decisions I have made. My kids love it they have made so many friends and have a close bond with there teachers. They are always coming home with new things they learned and ask if they could go back to school. Best daycare yet. And my kids love the director Ms. Kay.

My son has been here since he was 6 weeks old and is now 2 . The staff is considerate, friendly, understanding and go above and beyond to develop their own special relationship with each of the children. Thanks to them my son has hit milestones ahead of peers and continue to grow and develop at a rapid rate...I just wish the facility was bigger. Great job ladies!!

My daughter has been at this facility since she was 6 months and shes now 3yrs old. I love all the staff they go above and beyond for their children and my child loves it there. I would recommend this facility to anyone. They have great a curriculum and they listen to any suggestions parents my have and pricing is great compared to other daycares.

My two children started there at the ages of 2 and 3. Everyone at the facility is very friendly and helpful. The people in my daughters room were integral in helping my daughter to be potty trained. It has been very encouraging to see what both of the children learn from day to day and getting to be exposed to new things and places!

My girls and I love Mini Steps! Very friendly, clean and professional daycare. They absolutely care about your kids and take care of them as if they were their own kids. My two year old has learned so much while attending Mini Steps. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for child care.

This daycare is horrible. I had to get my kids out of that environment. The teachers are not treated well by the director or the owner. Other reviews that explained in detail just how negligent they are have been removed. Yes the price is cheap but you get what you pay for.

I came to Mini steps after being with a home daycare for 12 years and I must say it was the best decision I could have made. My children have a lot more things to do and more children to interact with. The teachers are friendly and attentive to your childs needs.
