Took it in to fix a grinding noise. Not only was the grinding noise not fixed, but they performed an oil change without calling me first and charged me for it. They claimed my car had almost no oil in it; however, this is because they didnt wait 15 minutes after the car was turned off for the oil to drain back into the car. They tried passing it off as "normal consumption" after I told them my car has never leaked oil before. I have checked it multiple times since they changed the oil and it has not decreased one bit. So they charged me for a fundamental mistake on their part instead of admitting to it.

I went to pick up my car at Danrich 10am Monday morning. I had dropped it off at 10am Thur. Considering that all I needed done was a brake job and spark plugs..not having the car ready is OUTRAGEOUS! As a matter of fact they were just starting on it. I dont know what changed, but I HAD been going there for years, getting good service at good prices. Now it seems they have doubled the prices and cut the service in half! What a novel idea, sounds like a recipe for business disaster to me. WELL no more.

I got my radiator fixed here. Very $$$ The mechanic failed to plug both cooler fans. Almost lost my engine from overheating on the first week of hot summer weather. Do not take your car here. They do sloppy and careless work!! Engine parts rattling from loose bolts. My new mechanic was surprised with how many careless mistakes he found while working on my car. Why would anyone go to an untrustworthy mechanic? Forget Danrich. Go somewhere else.

Tried to over charge me and gave me an extensive list of things that needed to be done right away to fix my car. Took it somewhere else and got it fixed for 1/4 the price. A good place to take your nice new car to keep it maintained but not good for mid to older cars because they try to scare you into getting things fixed that really dont need to be done, and at an outrageous price.

Outstanding work. We had the windshield to our Jeep Cherokee replaced. They kept in communication with us throughout the service and the final product looked better than the original windshield. Id highly recommend this business to anyone.

I have been using Danrich for Years. From my Lexus LX470 to my Durango. Old or new they do execelent body work, match the paint, fix the mechanicals and get the job done quick. I would not hesitate to recommend them. LG Burr Ridge
